"Humberto is a very creative problem solver! Personable and definitely interested in customer satisfaction, so spends time understanding the full scope of the problem. The problem was the subterranean north wall of the sanctuary of First Presbyterian Church in Vallejo that was far from being waterproof, especially with the rains last winter. Castaneda dug out the soil next to the wall, pressure washed it and applied two coats of DryLok and then a layer of Henryâ s waterproofing. Then Humberto installed a French drain and then a big pipe to route the water off of five downspouts. To get the correct drainage slope, more excavating needed to be done than anticipated. Removed five landscaped trees and lots of concrete that was in the way of the drains which were to be routed under city sidewalks."

"Absolutely thrilled by the service received by Aurelio and his wonderful company, Northbound Plumbing. The issue for his visit was water gushing onto the countertop from the air gap when running the dishwasher. Aurelio cleared the blockage causing it, something a previous 5-star company was unable to find! Not only have I found the most knowlegable & caring professional, but as future issues arise, as they will, I am so grateful to have finally found the very best! Five stars!"

"I had just purchased the house last fall and this week YEARS of buildup in the kitchen sink came to a head. Daniel from Boden plumbing came out. He arrived just after the service window (2:05 for a 2pm to 4pm service window). He was very cool, friendly, polite and made quick work of the drain.
