He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! "Very knowledgeable. My OC crashed and my recovery key had not been attached to my microsoft account. He recovered my LocKey and restored my OS. He also upgraded my mechanical hard drive, which was old and causing the problems I was having, to a solid state drive. He also upgraded my ram to keep up with everything and cloned my old hard drive to my new one. While he was here he also reconnected my ring cameras.
