"I contacted Conrad a few months ago and we scheduled the work for sometime this winter. Work was completed over the course of three days. As no rear access from the street to the property, all ground cover had to be hauled up hill and out to the street and all fabric rolls, plants and mulch had to be carried down in garbage cans and spread on the property. Estimate 160-200 garbage cans of mulch carried down hill to work site. Conrad and his crew were professional, cleaned up the area after they finished working and Conrad walked me through the work performed and answered all my questions to my satisfaction."

"Mike is great on response to initial inquiry. His work is excellent. However, he is a little lax on scheduling and further communication. After he quoted the job, he never initiated any conversations. I had to call him several times to start the work. Finally, he responded with "we will be there tomorrow". They showed up and did the demo, then I had to call Mike again when they did not show up for a couple of days. He said they had to wait for concrete delivery (by the way, I never saw Mike himself again. He never came to check customer satisfaction and sent someone to pick up the last payment). He said in the beginning that we would be without our driveway for a week, allowing for drying time. It turned out to be 2 weeks."

They came to the job site on time and took care of the surrounding area. They worked with me when I needed to install irrigation and drainage piping under the driveway before they poured it. His crew was knowledgeable and experienced in what they did. They finished on time and ended up with a quality product. If there is one downside it would be to clean up the oversprayed concrete on the house. SRS was fantastic! I would recommend them to people in my neighborhood and others who need concrete work done. "Kaveh and his team did an awesome job on resurfacing my 31 year old concrete driveway. They sanding down the unlevel pavers, opened up and sealed the cracks and added a couple layers consisting of a bonding layer and then the top coat. It looks fresh and a nice pewter color! They also did the same to the walkway to the front door in a flagstone pattern and it matches beautifully the Saltillo tiles inside the front door color wise.
