"Everything with Lucky Sully went great. Brian was able to come out the same day I called to analyze the issue and determine I had multiple cracks in my chimney and gave me two options on how to fix it: a less expensive non-permanent way that would last a few years or a more expensive permanent fix. I opted for the permanent fix and Brian was able to come out the next day to do the job. He repaved multiple layers of brick and added a chimney cover so rain would not be able to come through the top of the chimney. Brian was great and did a wonderful job. I am very happy with their punctuality and quality of work and would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends/family."
Black stains shows evidence of hazardous cracks in firebox. Top 6” and lintel bar removed from fireplace. Not ever a good idea. Potentially making fireplace unsafe to use.

"Rich was on time and very informative. I was already doing some other home repairs and he worked around us. He cleaned and inspected our chimney. It looked great when he was done. He told me of some ways to keep the fireplace from allowing smoke to enter the house. He could see I was a DIYer and told me how to fix that on my own. I highly recommend him.

"I got their number from a family member that used them for their kitchen and some remodeling in their house. I
Called and spoke to a nice lady which helped me to understand what am I going to get, how the process works etc....
this was with a very short details.
After I scheduled my appointment in my house, Zohar came and set with me in my house and explained to me almost everything i need to know before i get into this project.
The process was divided to several parts:
1. move everything from my kitchen
2. Remove old appliances
3, Demolish the old kitchen
4. do all the electrical that i needed to the new kitchen
5. do some minor plumbing
6. do all the plaster work including the installation of a new drywall
7. install all the cabinets
8. install the new cabinets
9. clean
and finally install new appliances :)
all came out good and nice. There were some small issues like scratch on the wood floor (which was taken care of with no problem at all by zohar and his team.
So basically, I'm pleased with the end results!
I do recommend Zohar to any one!!! Good job and thank you so much guys."

"I would hire In-line Construction in the future without hesitation. Their price was not the lowest or the cheapest but it was the most comprehensive of all the bids I received. In the end I clearly valued it as being the best for my money. Steve (and his crew) were great. In our initial meeting he took the time to explain options as well as ask me questions about what I wanted done. He took time to explain how certain things would be done during the remodel (other bidders did not). The crew doing the work were on time and kept the place as clean as possible. The work that they did was top notch. The final results came out better than we anticipated and for us, that speaks for itself. We did encounter a small water leak during construction that required repairing of a downstairs bedroom ceiling. Steve didn't hesitate for a minute and said, "I'm sorry about that and I will take care of it". And that is exactly what was done. I'm writing this review a bit late (work was completed in December and I got busy) but my wife and I look at our master bathroom everyday and are still amazed on how well things turned out. I would definitely highly recommend In-Line Construction for any work you may be considering. BTW, We purchased all the items for the bathroom (fixtures, toilets, cabinets, tile, etc.) and Steve's company did all the installation & construction work. This arrangement allowed us to buy what we wanted. Steve also provided pickup service for some of those items, just another example of what In-line does for its customer."

Chimney Repair questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can disassemble most furniture with the proper tools and experience. Beds, tables, bookshelves, and chairs are all items that can be disassembled. Be sure to keep track of parts like screws and hardware by labeling them with the disassembled items. Avoid disassembling delicate or antique items in case they become too damaged to reassemble.

The duration of a repair job can range from a few hours to several days. Simpler issues may take 1-4 hours, while more complex work or extensive damage could take 1-3 days. The final timeline depends on the complexity of the problem, the extent of the damage, and the location of the work.

Signs your chair frame may need repairs include wobbling, creaking, visible cracks, or loose joints. A professional upholsterer will inspect the frame during the prep stage and recommend necessary repairs, which may add to the overall cost but ensure a longer-lasting result. Your upholsterer may be able to repair your frame for you, or they may refer you to a furniture repair specialist, depending on your chair’s needs.

Cupping and bowing are both types of wood warping, but they affect the board in different ways. Cupping happens when the edges of a board curl upward or downward, creating a concave or convex shape across its width. Conversely, bowing is when the board curves along its length, forming a gentle arc.

It’s possible to make minor repairs yourself on leather furniture, including using patch kits and leather repair kits. For minor leather scratches that haven’t breached the surface, repair kits can work wonders. However, we strongly recommend leaving any extensive leather repair to professionals, including deep scratches, tears, peeling, and reupholstering. These repairs demand experience to get the final product to look professional, and inexperienced DIYers may cause additional damage to the furniture that demands further repairs.
