Traditional Tile Roofing Repair
Got here around 8 AM removed the tiles in the affected area, replaced some roof sheeting new tar paper replaced the tiles about i/2 day. Left the area clean. Very informative showed me photos of the damaged area and what they were going to do to repair the leak. If I should ever have another issue with roof I will be sure to call them.

Was very thorough in looking at the project, and providing all the information necessary to make a good decision. From a cost standpoint, was very reasonable based on other bids I received Was the only contractor that spent the time to look over the entire roof to ensure a complete solutionâ ¦ Finally, communication was excellent on the entries process to include scheduling and progress of the work at hand

We had a recurring roof leak that had worked its way into the bedroom ceiling of our two story house and onto the floor below. After an unsuccessful repair a previous year, I hired Mark DiRocco because of his communication skills. Unlike other contractors, Mark took the extra time to ask me a series questions about the roof leak to better understand the scope of the project. He made no false promises. Subsequently, Mark came to our home and made a thorough inspection, then identified the source of the leak, discussed the solution, and provided a fair quote. Mark started work on the stated date and finished within the given time estimated. No hassles. It's rained many times since the repair and now we have no more leaks.

Mark was honest and informative during his initial inspection of our roof. He told us what was urgently needed and what couldâ ve waited or how we could simply repair it ourselves. His cost was reasonable and fair. As soon as we approved the estimates, the roofer completed all of the repairs in 5 days and thatâ s because we decided to get it all done and some.
