He was as thorough as anyone could be. It was one person that came out. It took about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. An hour at the most. His cleanliness was fine. They came out within 2 hours to make sure they would handle it quickly to keep my kids safe and they sprayed for them right away. They even came back 3 days later just to check and make sure the hive looked like it was still empty.
