He installed new tracks, new springs, the new steel 4-panel roll-up door, and moved my garage door opener to be properly aligned with the new door. Everything fit and operated as expected. He got the door unjammed and worked with it to see that the the limit switch and electronics seemed to be functioning properly. He did general service on the door as well. There wasn't an apparent cause for the door to have run past the limit and it performed correctly when tested multiple times, so we decided to treat it as a fluke, but if it happened again, it might mean I need to replace my aged opener. I was very pleased with my interactions with both Beth and Dennis

He was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what exactly his work would entail. His work was reliable and I felt confident in the work completed unlike other quotes I had received where I felt they were trying to hike up the price. He even discovered my garage door rollers were out of alignment and fixed those while he was out!!! He was reasonable in cost and would recommend to anyone looking for amazing quality work, reliability and a thorough job well done

They had to cut out rotten wood. When they were cutting, they accidentally over cut into the trim and siding. The didn't include rot in original quote, so they had to come back out. They gave us a quote for the rot. Then they replaced the overcutting at no additional cost

The work that ADH did on our house was nothing short of a miracle in my eyes. We purchased a run down fixer-upper 4 years ago with plans of making it beautiful because, as they say, "Location. Location. Location". I had a vision in my head of what I wanted and ADH completely made that vision a reality. The crew was PHENOMENAL. I have heard horror stories of some contractors going M.I.A. midway through a project. Vasyl and his crew drove every day from Sacramento to Marin to work on our house (at least a 90 minute drive one-way) for almost 5 months! Their work ethic is amazing. Their attention to detail is incredible. When they started tearing apart our house they found so much water damage and termite damage and years and years of neglect from the previous owners that they basically had to reframe most of it. They even found a previous addition had not even been properly "connected" to the original house! But nothing phased them and they never made us feel like fixing our house was insurmountable. The tile work and the molding detail is beautiful. I cannot recommend Vasyl and his crew more for their impeccable work. They are amazing. You will not be disappointed. The ONLY issue we had was when they did find all the damage and reframing that needed to be done, the additional cost was not communicated to us up front. I definitely would have appreciated being kept in the loop about this because unfortunately, when we originally met with Mark (owner), he had specifically said that they were not like other contractors that come back to you asking for more money half-way through the project. So I had that in my head and was thinking this up until they dropped another bill on us. That would not deter me from using ADH again, however, because I used to LOATHE our fixer-upper and now I LOVE my dream home. Megan PS...The reason I give "Responsiveness" a B is because I had to contact them multiple times prior to get the initial bid. Also, one of my husband's coworkers was also trying to contact them recently to come out for a bid and never received a response after multiple attempts

They did a full demolition of our old laundry shed, built a stone patio and staircase with a custom iron railing, installed a new metal & glass door (which required a new door frame, too), patched the exterior with any missing shingles, and painted the back wall of the house. "While it took longer than expected to get it all installed due to manufacturer delays, I am happy with the overall result. Brad was very responsive and good at keeping in touch. Installation took place in a couple of bursts and this was not a problem for me. My major concern ws getting my side door into the garage that had been kicked in by thieves replaced and that happened on a timely basis. They kept things clean despite the messy work involved. I had locksets with keypads installed and they took that in stride. They were mindful of my cat who'd had surgery and couldn't go outside and tolerant of my elderly, deaf cat who got in the way. In fact, Joe asked me if my cat was deaf and I said no. My bad, because I hadn't noticed that he actually was. Also, they work with lender that enabled me o finance the project for 12 months at 0 interest. All in all, I am very happy with my new windows and doors.
