EXCELLENT! The response from the company was extremely fast. After receiving a phone call, giving me a one hour window, the worker arrived early, WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, explained to me what the problem was and why the work was needed. I would highly recommend this company, and will not hesitate to call them again in the future, if needed.

Great. Have used this company before, and will call again in future. My door is off kilter due to shifting foundation, and have always had reoccurring problems. Worker took time to figure out problem, explain it to me, and let me know he'd come right back if needed. Had an extra part that was a bit hard to find that worked real well for me.

They came out on time on a Saturday, spent a lot of time trying to get the new opener to work. Turned out to have a bad circuit board. The technician offered to come back and fix it on Sunday, but we told him Monday was fine. The owner of the company came on Monday, put in the new board, and everything is now wonderful. The service was top notch, the professionalism was excellent. I have already recommended them to my neighbors.

It went well. Innovative redesign of mounting bracket added strength to the mount and looks to be more reliable. Bobby also adjusted the door closing which will further reduce the strain on the mounting assembly.

The cost was really good. I called them on Monday, the owner answered the phone, he had the company phone forwarded to his cell phone when he was out of the office, and he was willing to come out that afternoon, but I couldn't schedule that, so he was very good about scheduling somebody for Thursday morning at my convenience. They showed up on time, they were very polite, and very professional, and they just did a great job.I had to move some things out of the way, so he could get to the garage door from the inside, and he actually put the stuff back, before he let me know the job was finished.
