Best pest control specialists near El Sobrante, CA

"We have them do the pest control around the house (outside).  They came and spray everywhere outside of the property.  We have an annual contract with them.  They will come every quarter.  We like them because they claimed they use eco friendly pesticide.  No complain as of yet.  They used the internet to sent us the receipt and what service they did.

"I was in desperate need of some help and answers to my pest problems. This was the first & only Pro that contacted me. While I didn't technically hire them, they were very professional and responded quickly to my project request. The project was quoted at $200, but I was only charged $50 for a down payment and inspection. While I may still be baffled at how I got a small invasion of pesky flies, the Pro was excellent at communicating with me and still offered their services in my time of need."

"Their service was so superior then our current pest control, we decided to sign up our monthly service going forward. Thank you!"

"Pacific Coast did this most thorough inspection of the three companies I dealt with. All three companies had a different approach to termite control. One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."

"Jovany Maldonado does an amazing job has been our pest control agent for several years goes the xtra mile to take care of our pest control needs would highly recommend him and his company"

"Hi Tech was very professional in their inspection, bid and termite control. We had 3 inspection/estimates (the two other big names in the industry). Hi Tech was just much more professional and very competitive in pricing. Would definitely hire again."

Chad Dresser, Licensed Inspector Fr42111:

On July 12, 2014, Mr. Chad Dresser arrived at our home at the appointed time.  He was well-dressed, well-spoken, very knowledgeable, and professional.  We were renewing our contract with Pacific Coast Termites, and Chad spent a couple of hours inspecting the whole house, the outlying areas, 3 attics, and under the house.  He did find an infestation of termites in our “tower attic” in several places. He was up in the attic about 30 minutes, drilling, filling, and killing!  There is no odor and no harm to pets and people from their “Orange Oil” treatment.  Chad then spent considerable time with his shop vacuum up in the attic –and it’s never been so clean.  He carefully inspected our entire property – no rushing at all.  He found no other areas of termite activity. Before he left for other calls, he suggested that we contact him again in about 4 months for a follow-up check of our tower attic.  He wants to be sure the infestation is controlled.

We’ve had Pacific Coast Termites as our home protectors for a number of years. All of the inspectors have been outstanding. When they return due to an episode of “swarming”, usually in the fall, but at other times as well, they’ve sent out someone in good time to deal with the problem and at no further expense to us due to our contract.  They are very responsive to our needs, and we will continue to renew with Pacific Coast Termites.  We highly recommend them to all homeowners who reside in “termite country”.  You can always move to Alaska to escape termites, but we love Southern California!!

"We have a monthly contract with Eliminate EM Pest Management to control insects and bugs also to eradicate rodents. They are prompt and courtesy and very efficient"

"Vanguard seems strategic, thorough, and communicative. I appreciate that I didn't need to project manage them and that they have a 5-year guarantee. Also appreciate that I am able to send bug pics to Vanguard to make sure my home stays safe from pests :)"

"We chose the right professional for the task. Interviewed several licensed pest control operators on site. Pest Busters performed excellent assessment of our areas of concern, mapped out a plan and understood the level of service needed for our price points. Upon the agreed terms, their team set to work cleaning, setting traps and sealed possible entry openings. Two weeks after the initial work, they returned to evaluate whether their measures were effective."
