The old drywall was replaced, new water barrier black paper with tar was glued on the problematic wall; new wall insulation was replaced due to damaged from exterior water leak. A new baseboard/ molding was replaced and painted. The old microwave was replaced with a range hood is a plus! The second day project patching the water damage on the ceiling and walls were done as expected. A perfect score of A would be nice but there no such thing as perfect. B would be near perfect and will give room for improvement such as clean up on residues and other minor details. The financier of this projects feels the total cost was near perfect.
