I had problems with my remote to my garage door opener. I really like this door opener which is about 20 years old but the manufacturer said that this model was not made anymore and did not have a replacement remote.. I called Premier (from advice from my sister who had a great experience with Premier). Hector came out and fixed everything in a jiffy. He worked around the problem and gave me 2 remotes that work on that opener. Saved me a lot of money. I recommend this company very highly. If you have garage door or opener problems, you will be very happy if you check these guys out first.

Hector from premier garage door was great. He came on time checked my door gave a quick explanation of what was needed we agreed on a price. He repaired the and door, all this took place in less than 1 hour. great service and a fair price would use again.

Hector was the only person to tell me that my problem was probably a faulty capacitor which could be replaced for a fraction of the cost of a new opener. He was correct and we ended up paying less that 25% of the coat of a replacement opener. In an service segment known for less than honest folks Hector is the exception.
