"Ken, the owner was great and very nice. He responded quickly to our inquiry and gave us all the details of what would be done and what we needed to do to prepare for the job. The workers were very friendly and got right to work when they showed up each day. The price was very good for the job done. Our ceilings look beautiful. "Tony and his crew did a really outstanding job. As an experienced home renovator and the general contractor on an ADU build, these guys exceeded my expectations. They hung 5/8" drywall and put a really nice smooth finish on it, skimming over everything with multiple coats. The edges and corners are super sharp and the job looks great. "The gentleman is very nice. He demo'd the drywall in the patio enclosure and cleaned up/hauled debris before leaving the job site. The only reason I gave it a 4 for value because a friend of mind keeps on saying I paid too much for the demo. However, if I would have accepted the lowest bidder, then I would have ended up with an uneven drywall and corky job look. The lowest bidder did not want to unistall and reinstall the 2 ceiling fans in the room. so I believe, I made a good choice."
