Joe Torres Jr came on after receiving his C-27 Landscaping license, & General B license. Joe Jr converted the Landscaping business into Jt. Torres Construction Development, a full construction business to meet every need on a project. Whether the work on a project is needed for interior or exterior, Joe and His crew are more than capable to meet any expectations.

"I’m reluctantly writing this review. Joe and his team installed a fence on our residential property not quite four years ago at a cost of $30,000.00. I was initially disappointed with the planning and execution of the fence. The staggering of the panels on the property grade was erratic and haphazard. The height of the fence along the grade varies significantly from panel to panel. Over time, parts of the fence have come loose and have fallen off. The fence currently leans and panels are skewed. One portion of the fence, about four panels, was so significantly compromised I asked Joe to look into repairing it, he responded that repair would cost $2,000.00. I declined having him do the repair. Joe is a nice guy and responsive. And as I mentioned, I reluctantly write this, but I do want to warn any future customers of Joe that you may not be pleased with the work."

Removing fence posts that are set in concrete is something you can't do by hand. You will need an excavator, a strong post-puller, or a jackhammer. If you plan on recycling the concrete base, you may be able to cut the post out with a jackhammer and then set the new post in the existing base. Installing an aluminum fence typically takes one to three days, depending on the fence's size, layout complexity, and site conditions. Simple, straight-line installations may take just a day, while larger or more intricate designs with slopes or obstacles can extend the timeline.
