An installer sent by the dealer failed at this task but they were careful and creative in finding solutions. We appreciated the attention to detail and their hard work - and the result was fabulous. "Sakoo Appliances was contracted by Liberty Home Guard for work on a leaky cloth washer. After the initial evaluation - the technician said he has order some parts. That took two weeks! Then the appointment was confirm and the apparent fix was done. But the issue returned on the next wash cycle itself. Liberty home guard was notified of the issue. They contacted Sakoo appliances and said their technician will contact me. No one contacted me so I called him and asked about it. He said he has to order more parts. Then all contact stopped. Calls are not attended. Even liberty home guard cannot get in touch apparently. 44 days after the issue was raised - it is not fixed due sloppy work of Sakoo Appliances."
