The technician did not tell the office that he order a part for our dryer, so we had to follow up. It turns out, he did not order the part, so we had to wait an extra week with no dryer. The people who answer the phones are completely incompetent and could not answer basic questions about what next steps were or when or if the part had been ordered. We had to initiate every interaction with them. THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL !!!"

Then the appointment was confirm and the apparent fix was done. But the issue returned on the next wash cycle itself. Liberty home guard was notified of the issue. They contacted Sakoo appliances and said their technician will contact me. No one contacted me so I called him and asked about it. He said he has to order more parts. Then all contact stopped. Calls are not attended. Even liberty home guard cannot get in touch apparently. 44 days after the issue was raised - it is not fixed due sloppy work of Sakoo Appliances."
