Very well. Anton was courteous, prompt, honest and did a great job to fix our appliance.

He was very professional, but the job is incomplete and I have not paid anything yet.

Igor arrived within the time frame he gave on the phone. He inspected the refrigerator and told us what was wrong and gave us an estimate of the cost. He knew what was needed to be done and proceeded right away, explaining what the problem was and how we could handle it in the future. I was satisfied with his professionalism and know-how.

He was able to order the part, kept me informed of the delay due to Christmas rush and came as soon as the part arrived.

A-Z Appliance Repair did a great job. I had wasted two days on the phone begging Sears to just come out and look at the washer. Then I called A-Z, they came out the same day and did a great job fixing the washer.

Sam did a great job. He showed up on time, told me my fridge was easy to repair and that it was less expensive to repair it than to buy a new one; and then very quickly repaired it on the spot.

I can't claim to understand the technical details perfectly, but the fridge went right back
to working like a charm and the visit only took an hour and it saved me
having to buy a new refrigerator, so I'm really happy! Also very happy with same-day service!

The upper rack was not getting enough water, so he ordered and replaced the arm assembly thinking it would fix it.  It did not.  Took 2 more calls to get him back out and he said I needed to call someone else as he couldn't fix it.  There were $54 in parts, a labor charge of $85 + a service call of $65 for a total of $204.  Still does not work and I need to now call someone else.

Sam was great. He came out the same day I called to assess the situation and ordered a new part that day as well, letting me know he'd be back in two days once the part came in. He was unable to reach me (my phone was acting up and he's not the only one who let me know this), so I called him the following day (Friday) to check in. He immediately knew who I was and said he could come Saturday AM to fix the stove since it was too late in the day on Friday already. I said it was okay to come on Monday instead - and he did. 
Each time he came, he was early and was very upfront about the costs of things. Additionally, there was a spring missing from one of my knobs and he went out of his way to get a replacement spring and came back to drop it off. He was concerned about me not getting to it in time and wanted to make sure we didn't accidentally have the gas on with no fire (which is a real thing with three toddlers in the house). 
We will definitely use A-Z again!

He had me help him move the dryer stacked on top before he could replace the gasket on a front loader. (What?)
it still leaked a little so he claimed that a water delivery hose was the problem, so he went and got that part and replaced it, when we put back the dryer on top and started testing the washer, it made a lot of noise that was not there before. Then he claimed he didn't do it and said there was an error code on the machine before. He then called his "partner" to come over and look at it. By that time, he had spent about three hours here already. His partner came over, removed the gasket that he replaced and readjusted the water hose that he replaced. He had positioned the water hose too close to the drum so that when it went into a spin cycle, there was a lot of noise and friction. The gasket and hose problem was fixed in all of 2 minutes. without having to remove the dryer as we did before! Also when he was testing the washer, the water exhaust was pulled out so that water spilled all over the floor which I had to clean up after him. It was a huge mess! The original problem is fixed now but could have been done in just a few minutes as demonstrated by the other guy. It was quite an ordeal!

I discovered that our refrigerator stopped working on a Friday evening.  I called Sam on Saturday morning and he was able to come out by Saturday afternoon.  He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the inoperable parts.  He also vacuumed underneath the fridge which I am sure was nasty since I don't think I have ever cleaned under there plus he gave me the opportunity to dust behind the refrigerator before we moved it back into place.  He even took the time to explain to me how I could replace the water filter for the refrigerator on my own.  My family and I certainly appreciate Sam's knowledge and quality of work.  Our refrigerator runs like new now so we would definitely recommend him.
