Our stove started to spark on the top while cooking. So we tried to call several places, and finally decided to work with Luan. He came the next day in the morning and was right on time. After a check, he found the problem and gave a reasonable quote, and fixed it. Our stove works well again! Will definitely work with him in the future for appliance repair.

Luan is AMAZING. He heard out my problem, and showed up very quickly. There was a leak under my dishwasher which the last two overpriced technicians I had gotten off of Craigslist hadn't solved. He gave a very reasonable quote, and then got to work. Within 1.5 hours, he had found the problem (mice had chewed through the pipe) and fixed it. Very honest and helpful person who knows what he's doing, puts in the hard work, and commits to quality. Such service providers are hard to find, and I have him saved on my contacts for sure.

My appointment went very well. The tech checked out the dishwasher and said that the main circuit board was dead and the best thing to do is replace the dishwasher. I appreciated his honesty and would definitely call them again

Mr. Pham was exceptional!! We called him at 9am on New Years Eve and by 9:45am he was at our house! By 10:45, our washing machine was fixed! Friendly, highly expert, reasonable prices! Highly recommend.

Mr. Pham was professional, courteous, and most importantly committed to giving us the best service possible. We called him on a Friday evening for a fridge repair request. He came to our house on Saturday morning and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He tried his best to get us the replacement part as soon as possible but we had to wait for it. Once he acquired the part, he immediately called us to inform us and came by as soon as possible to install it. The timeline between his diagnostic and fixing was surprisingly short with the delay being in acquiring the replacement part on a weekend. Overall, he was very approachable, very easy to work with, and solved our issue quickly on a weekend within a reasonable cost. We will definitely hire him again if we need fridge repairing.

Great! Lou responded within moments after I requested a quote. He arrived within 45 min. to diagnose the problem. He agreed that it was a broken lid switch. Even though my machine was an old model, he had the replacement part and was able to quickly and efficiently make the repair. His charge of $168 was very reasonable. He wore a mask throughout the service call. I would call upon him again if I have appliance problems.

Luan answered his phone promptly, said he could be there in an hour. He was. He diagnosed the problem saying a relay had burned out. He had the part and replaced it. Problem solved in under 2 hours from the initial call. A miracle in my experience.

Too bad there is no "A+++" rating button, because this transaction exceeded my wildest expectations. I had called a couple other repair services, but only got the answering machine with a promise to call back shortly if I left my info. I waited several hours, but never heard back from anyone. Then I called Luan (who actually answered the phone himself!) I explained my refrigerator problem, and he said he'd be there in an hour and half. He arrived 55 minutes later, assessed the issue, and said he could fix it in a hour and a half for $195. I agreed, and he went to work. An hour later, he had my appliance running like new. All of this in strict compliance with COVID-19 business and personal restrictions. I am truly grateful for the experience.

Just got the Dryer Diagnostic and repair done. Provider was able to find the fault fast and he carried the part and fixed it. So liked the service. Hope the paperwork and part used will be good with warranty claim and hope the part used works well with dryer for long time.

I called for refrigerator/freezer repair: water was pooling and freezing ion the bottom of the freezer compartment. When I called, he was available for same day service. He was at my home within a half hour and work was completed within 2 hours. Very pleased with his service.

It was not the washer but a leak from the pipes in the wall behind the washer,Lu asked if I wanted him to proceed to locate the leak which involved cutting into the wall he located the leak and sealed the pipe,glad he was knowledgeable and knew how to proceed as I would have to hire a plumber and could have been a lot more expensive. Would definitely hire him again as he knows more than just fixing appliances.
