"My original call was handled politely by Ed and he clearly explained the process and verbally estimated the total cost based on the size of my house, we then scheduled the cleaning appointment. The on-site tech James and his assistant were on-time, courteous and professional. The cleaning was completed within the expected 2-3 hour window and no mess was left at completion. He and his staff covered my furniture, fine flooring, and any areas that were in close proximity to my windows, ensuring that nothing would be damaged. The work was meticulously completed on time for over 2 dozen windows (inside/outside & screens) in all 4 floors of my condo. Paul came to my condo to review the level of work involved, and provide me with a price quote by the next day.
