"We worked with Chris MacMillan and INSTALL-IT-DIRECT to completely redo our backyard. We installed pavers, a new pergola, paver walls, and a natural gas fire pit. Chris was awesome from start-to-finish. His communication skills are top-notch and he proposes really great design ideas that we hadn't even thought of ourselves. The workers showed up on-time every day and everything came through as scheduled and I was kept in the loop on everything that was going on. This was very well organized and executed. "Grady came out and gave an estimate. It was a very easy process, no hard sale. After receiving several estimates, we went with Omega because of Grady's good communication and responsiveness and the quality of turf Omega uses. I met with Chris and Grady the Friday before the project started and felt comfortable with all of the steps in the process. The project took four days and we are very happy with the finished product."

"I Just had Noe and his crew install a concrete patio with walkway and stairs around my house in Escondido. They laid rebar and finished the concrete forms I had started and did an excellent job. He was very responsive to my ideas and even was able to make some last minute changes to the set up I asked for. When the cement truck came, his team worked fast and clean, and our vision became a reality. For quality, communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and all for the best price,(I got 8 bids to compare) I highly recommend Noe and his team."

"Luis's people did outstanding quality work, very easy to work with, Luis was very responsive to my requests and questions, his people cleaned up property before leaving every visit. Would most definitely hire again for special projects, now using Luis's company yard maintenance every 2 weeks. The drip irrigation system installed in the front and back yard and the block wall constructed in the front yard were very high quality and attractive."

"Kent and his amazing crew created exactly what I had hoped for. I will submit photos later. We moved to our new house July 2018 and realized we had a lot coyote activity a little too close for comfort. We have a small dog and concerned about taking him for walks. I wanted a 5 star dog run built . I also wanted the back patio to be larger as in concrete because the gophers were destroying what little grass we had in the back yard. Together with Kent, the owner of C and H designed a plan with everything we were hoping for. His Crew worked so hard. First, they showed when they said they were going to. Then the first 2 and half days worked for hours in the pouring rain. They didn’t miss a day. It took a little longer but that was fine with me. Every crew member was friendly, polite and very detailed oriented. The last two days of the project, again worked in the pouring rain. You could tell they were proud of their work. The final project was completed today. We could not be happier. I will post photos when I get a chance to get them off of the camera. Thank you Kent for an amazing job! Thank you for the few last minute adjustments we made to make it perfect."
