Our floor was done beautifully. The crew was neat, respectful and went above and beyond to do a great job. The result was definitely worth it. Wade, was thorough with his estimate having answers to all our questions. I would definitely recommend going with jade Flooring. We will use them again.

Jade Flooring did a wonderful installation in our basement. Owner Wade was extremely helpful (and knowledgeable) in helping us select the right material for our basement floors. The installation crew was timely, respectful and efficient, and very good communicators. The floors look fantastic.

We had a good experience with Jade Floors! They were quick to respond, always came when they said they would, & were efficient. It was not a small job- we were removing a good deal of tile & carpet all throughout the house, & even though that is never easy, I can’t see it have going better than it did with Jade Floors, & we are very pleased with the results. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future as needs arise! Abraham & his crew are very hard workers & always gave us the courtesy of a text when they were on the way, which was appreciated. We had Jade Floors put in flooring (carpet and LVP) in almost our entire house and we could not be happier! The installers were excellent with communication and punctuality and they really know their stuff. We have a kind of challenging floor situation in a couple of spots of our house and they went above and beyond to get it right, even coming back weeks later to fix a spot that we hadn't noticed during installation. Highly recommended!

We love our new carpet! From initial quote to completion, everything was quick and painless. The guys that did our install were friendly, cleaned up well, and were super quick. We will definitely call Jade floors for any future flooring needs and would recommend them to anyone.

Jade Floors did a fantastic job on our floors. We had them 1.) replace the carpet and engineered hardwood floors on our main floor with luxury vinyl flooring; and 2.) replace the carpet on the steps going up to the second floor and all the carpet on the second floor. The work performed was excellent and the floors on the main floor and second floor look absolutely amazing! Wade was very honest in answering our questions or advice. Before leaving the job site, each crew swept and left the work area clean/straightened up. The crews were very professional and knowledgeable! I recommend Jade Floors to anyone who is in need of flooring! We also reached out to friends who are remodeling their home and recommended Jade Floors for their remodel. The new carpet we selected is 80oz, which is top quality. The pad is 1/2" thick, which is top quality as well! We also paid for them to move the furniture, as both my husband and I are older and not as strong as we once were.

Lupe & Francisco, the installers, were very professional and pleasant to work with and did a great job. Armando & his son Aiden, needed to find a floor plug-in and smooth out a quarter round. They did a great job also.

Our experience with Jade Floors from start to finish has been nothing short of fantastic. We had basically a short notice carpet emergency and needed a tearout/install to happen within about a 10 day period. Jade came to our rescue! Perfection! I had LVP and carpet installed on the entire main floor of my home, approximately 1400 sq ft. Including bathrooms (removing and installing toilets) and closets and laundry area. Lupe and Luis did a fantastic job and were very hard working and professional. They completed the project in the promised amount of time and continually checked in with me to make sure I was happy with the progress. At the end with enough left over product they were even able to re-carpet my stairs and add LVP to the landing, which I hadn't originally planned on. They went the extra mile to complete the look of my main living space. The Jade Floors process from beginning to end was great including the estimate and choosing product, as well as communication and billing. They made everything simple. I had Jade Floors installed new carpet in 4 rooms and the stairs in my house and they did an excellent job. Highly recommend this flooring company! They gave us the best quote, which was just as promised on the website. We worked with Wade, Abraham, and Megan… they were all very thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and great with communication. Even though I was out of state, they were able to keep me in the loop on everything that was happening. I really appreciated all of the answered questions and that they worked with me on finding a supplier for the floors I really wanted. Everyone we worked with was so gracious with their time, giving helpful advice as I was going back and forth on options. Installers were punctual and they worked straight through. After starting they installed three carpet is 3 bedrooms and on stairs, completing job within 7 hours. Although they worked fast they did high quality work and the project came out beautiful. Very professional!
