We were somewhat unsure of exactly how we wanted the room, so Mr Dougherty helped us by showing several options that would work for our Mother-in-law studio addition. The room is absolutely beautiful! I love the flooring and custom tile work Neill created for the kitchen and restroom. Neill kept us up with all stages of the project, and was very accommodating and polite about my changes and "ideas" along the way. He even had an fantastic designer help me with Interior decoration after the apartment was ready! There has not been any issue we had to call back about. "We hired Joe to do a very large project which included a major kitchen remodel, building a 400 sq foot vaulted addition with skylights, flooring across the entirety of the main space, full 1000 square foot trex deck with accommodation for a hot tub, and side patio. Joe is a 1 man shop. He did everything from framing, drywall, electrical, insulation, roofing, flooring, cabinet installation, and finish work. He was very easy to communicate with and worked with us on change orders as the project developed/progressed. Errors were very rare and quickly corrected when they occurred.
