After a little difficulty getting them to commit to a start date , the Roof Guys came out to repair our roof leak.  After they finished, their crew leader let us know that they had re-used some shingles (our contract called for new shingles).  He said the reason for this was that he didn't want the roof exposed to the upcoming storm as he went out to buy more tiles.  I spoke with the owner of the company about this and he added a year to our warranty. 
It has only rained hard once since the work was done, but the repaired area did not leak.

The project was finished on time and I have no complaints about the matter.  Everything went as expected and the roof is still doing well.

As I said my first experience with them was excellent.. Since they did such a good job earlier I wanted to get a quote from them. Last year I decided to put a new roof on my house.i made several phone calls, left messages. I had just about given up when he finally called. We set up time to meet. He never showed or called me. At that point I figured he did't need the work.

Brian was great. He helped my clients ( I am a Realtor) repair and certify a home they were in the middle of purchasing. The clients really liked him and said he did a great job! Thank you!

I was tremendously impressed with the quality of work and the customer service of Brian and the Roof Guys. Friendly, hard-working, and true to their quote. I would definitely recommend The Roof Guys for any roofing job. Unlike a few other roofers, these gentlemen followed through on their word to return phone calls, show up on time, and successfully complete the job.

Brian came to our home and provided an estimate to repair our leaky roof.  His estimate was competitive. The estimate was not low nor high. Brian seemed very knowledgeable about roofing. He explained in detail with my husband who also went up on the roof, what his team was going to do. Time was an issue for us as it was due to rain again. We went with The Roof Guys, and we set a date and time for them to begin the repairs. On the day of the repair The Roof Guys team were extremely late. They were to arrive in the morning, and did not arrive well into the afternoon. I was not happy, and expressed my concern his team working into the dusk hours (liability) and not being more considerate of other peoples time. He apologized and took $50 off the $750 total. They fixed our roof before dark (it was close) and did a good job. They offer a 2 year warranty, and while the punctuality was an issue, I would hire them again.

They were on time, they did what they said they were going to do, and they got back to me right away and I thought that they were very good. I found a leak in the roof and they were recommended to me by somebody and we found that they were very good. They cleaned up everything really well. I would just highly recommend them in terms of service, communication, being very prompt of coming out, looking at the job, upfront at the billing, there were no surprises. I would just recommend them very much. I thought that they were awesome.

The job drug on for over 3 weeks. They would schedule time to show up and their people would not show up. I was difficult to get this job completed. Fast forward 18 months. Some of the shingles are coming off from the job that they did. It took 3 left messages to get a call back. Then I was told they would come by to see what the issue was. That was 3 months ago. Still waiting. Extremely frustrated.

UPDATE: Brian Warren, the owner, called me and apologized for the issues and came out and fixed the roof, he also threw in a 2 year warranty certificate for free.

My experience with them was really good. They were timely, cleaned up after themselves very well and they were really conscientious in identifying extra work that was needed. They worked with me alright. I was completely happy with the results and really though that they were doing honest work.

HAD A LEAK AND BRIAN CAME OUT AND SAID THAT WE NEEDED A NEW ROOF.

Best price. Accurate estimate. Nice job. Excellent clean-up. It took twice as long as excepted, but they gave us a small break on the price for the inconvenience. Good people.

Terrific.  The crew was very professional and knowledgeable about the task.  They also did a very good job of clean-up after the job was completed.

Their repair man came out and worked on our roof for several hours each
day over the course of three days.  When it was done I was AMAZED at the
amount of wood shake he replaced. 
We were very happy with the repair work, the quality, and the cost.  I'd highly recommend them again.

It was fine. It was a fair deal. They never actually did any work.

It went well, except that when I went up on the roof to inspect, I found that they had done 1 skylight that hadn't been leaking, and hadn't repaired the area around 1 skylight that had been leaking.  They were very quick to repair the one they missed, and there were no leaks this winter.  I am very happy with the job they did.

The work was completed as scheduled.  However the estimator/contractor did not actually do the work.   The workers showed up in a broken down truck that leaked oil on the street in front of the house.  The workers did not speak English.  When a tile was accidentally broken during a followup repair, it was never replaced.  Hopefully the roof will be watertight.

They are fantastic. They are extremely responsive. Their service was great.

Brian Warren at Roof Guys was very responsive and professional.  I was living out of state and needed a new roof for a rental property that had leaked during heavy rain in November, 2011.  He was the first to get to the location and took photos of the roof.  His emailed bid was the most complete with the best presentation of the six bids I gathered.  His photos made it clear what had transpired and his bid included  a good-sense recommendation to prevent future problems that no other roofer mentioned.  His bid also included costs of potential dry rot  repairs that were specific and clear. The roofing work was done quickly, weather allowing.  Once the old roof was torn off, dry rot  became evident.  News of more costs are always hard to deliver, but  when the time came, Brian phoned directly and then emailed another estimate with options on the extent of additional work to be done, using the pricing in the original bid.  He was also very co-operative with the folks who served as "my eyes" while I was out of town.  Overall,  Brian Warren and The Roof Guys were professional, pro-active, responsive and efficient.  I would work again with The Roof Guys, and recommend them to others.
