Description of Work: RICH, the owner, and his crew did a fantastic job on our master bathroom as well as 2 other bathrooms in our home. It all started with a leak in a ceiling that was due to a failing shower pan in our master bathroom. They had to replace the shower pan in the master bathroom which resulted in having to remove the existing tile in the shower - which led to the entire shower tile needing replacement. Rich worked very hard with us in selecting tile type and colors. It turned out beautiful. The other 2 bathrooms had cracked tile floors in the showers which we had Rich replace with 2" square tiles to coordinate with the existing wall tile. They look terrific.
