"I used the Neli service, where the tech connects with you via video chat and then walks you through troubleshooting and repair. I’m pretty handy so this seemed like a route that would work for me. Once we got connected we got right to work and figured out what the issue was and how to repair it. I had to run to hardware store to get the correct tool to make the fix, but Bob, the tech I worked with, left me detailed instructions and with the right tool, I was then able to make the fix and reassemble the range. It works like a charm!!"

"They were on time and worked hard all day. There was one mistake made. They knew I was getting a new hood vent and the final measurements did not take into consideration that the new hood had different measurements than the old one. A new quartz backsplash had to be fabricated. They completed the project in one day. There was an issue with my flooring that I'm still waiting to be resolved. I don't know yet if I would hire them again."

First met with Matt a conscientious and detailed design engineer who listened to my ideas, did the technical drawings and measurements including brainstorming how the design would work. Matt created a wonderful design of the kitchenâ cabinets, countertops, lighting, backsplash, down to the finishes for example cabinet and drawer pulls and handles. The kitchen including the appliances is beautiful! Robert gave us a bid on the project and was the contractor in charge of the crews and coordinated trades from demo to installation of plumbing, electrical, dry wall, cabinets, lighting, etc. Although there was a slight delay of a week or two the job was completed and professional done.
