"Brian Higgins the owner, was very thorough and considerate. He gave us a fair price and did a wonderful job. He eliminated the dead rats at were in the attic and under the house. He helped us fog the entire house to get rid of the mites that were biting me for 6 months. Then Brian climbed on the roof and covered all access holes with wire mess. He did that to the perimeter of the house too. Finally he set traps with bate in the attic and crawl space under the house. Two weeks later he returned and did an inspection of the traps to make sure there was no additional activity .
