One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."

We were told by another company that we COULDN'T have subterranean termites because we have a slab foundation. We have an Eichler. Jameson's very thorough inspection discovered that we, indeed, have subterranean termites. We chose to do a local treatment because the drywood termites were in the beams and it appeared that the infestation was in the early stages. Their work and ethics are amazing! Jameson (inspector) and Uriel (technician who performed the treatment) have the utmost respect for your property and personal safety. They entered our home with booties and masks at all time unlike the previous company that did not. I did not have clean up after the work and Uriel was able to match the color on our beams (two different colors) perfectly. To the untrained eye, we couldn't tell where the drilled holes were. We were told by the other company that we would have to buy primer and paint to cover up the treated areas. Jameson's and Uriel's knowledge, customer service and professionalism are outstanding!
