One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."

We chose to do a local treatment because the drywood termites were in the beams and it appeared that the infestation was in the early stages. Their work and ethics are amazing! They entered our home with booties and masks at all time unlike the previous company that did not.
