While I didn't technically hire them, they were very professional and responded quickly to my project request. The project was quoted at $200, but I was only charged $50 for a down payment and inspection. "Brian Higgins the owner, was very thorough and considerate. He gave us a fair price and did a wonderful job. He eliminated the dead rats at were in the attic and under the house. He helped us fog the entire house to get rid of the mites that were biting me for 6 months. Then Brian climbed on the roof and covered all access holes with wire mess. He did that to the perimeter of the house too. Finally he set traps with bate in the attic and crawl space under the house. Two weeks later he returned and did an inspection of the traps to make sure there was no additional activity . "Armando did a thorough inspection on the inside and outside of my house to find termite infestation since I wanted spot treatment. In the process he found that there were rotting wood underneath my bathrooms due to a leak. He took lots of pictures to show the condition of the wood. After canvassing several other termite control companies I decided to go with them based on the thoroughness of their inspection and the treatment and repairs of the affected wood.
