The work was completed in a quality way, the tile in particular is beautiful and was laid with care. The work did take longer than anticipated, but that has been my experience every single time I have had any work done on my home with any company. We did identify some things that needed to be fixed after renovations were completed (splatter on walls, doors not closing well, pain in laundry room, etc.). While I would prefer everything be done right the first time Golan and Rony were good about coming back and making sure we were satisfied with final product. Overall experience was good, but removed one star for the reasons described above. You can probably find cheaper pricing, especially if you sub the work out... but we appreciated the convenience of a one stop shop GC."

They first excavated, installed a compacted gravel base, and added rebar before framing everything out. Drainage slope was included so water doesn't pool, and they ensured utilities could run through conduit before the pour. The slab was finished with a smooth surface since it will later be tiled. Permits were pulled in advance, and city inspectors signed off at every stage. The process took a few weeks, and the space is now ready for the kitchen installation. The precision in layout and attention to detail stood out to me. It feels like we've got a reliable foundation for years of outdoor use."
