"Our wonderful remodeling job was done by Best builders group & their awesome team. After shopping around for more than few months for a good home improvement company, we got to Best builders group. The project manager was easygoing, skilled, honest and perfectionist!! For sure there was no pressure of any kind which caused us to feel very comfortable with him. We decided to remodel our kitchen & the backyard. The work included the installation of artificial turf, plants/flowers while the kitchen was completely updated. They installed new cabinets (upper and lower), countertops, backsplash tiles, lights, paint and more... the new kitchen absolutely looks gorgeous and the house is like a new one. All of our friends and family always amazed when they come to visit. They took extra care of everything and the crew and staff was very nice and polite all the time. We definitely recommend Best builders group to everyone!"

"We hired ROC Construction to substantially remodel a bathroom in our home. During the initial visit, we felt that Daniel listened carefully to how we wanted to proceed and was up front with potential pitfalls and scheduling, and generally left us with a good feeling that we did not get with two other contractors from whom we obtained estimates. From start to finish, he and his crew did a fantastic job, making appropriate repairs to previously hidden floor and wall elements to our finicky satisfaction. We had a lot of questions about materials and fixtures, and I had many more while watching over the entire remodeling process; every time, Daniel patiently answered my questions in full, even though I may have repeated a few. We love the new tiled walk-in stall and tile floor—no more trying to take a decent shower in a cramped, grubby old bathtub!"

"In the showroom, Andre was extremely knowledgeable and quite patient as we pondered each color and texture. The carpet that we chose with his assistance is quite handsome, coordinates with the rest of the décor and is durable enough to withstand the traffic on the stairs. Eli came to the house to measure the rooms. He was very professional and also obviously quite an expert. The layout of the blueprint that he provided to the installers resulted in a beautifully seamless finish. Melquiades and Floencio did an outstanding job of installing the carpet. I had no idea that the stretching of carpet is so incredibly physical and exacting. Every person was polite and willing to answer all our questions. They all treated our home and us with respect. I
One week after installation, we had water overflow extensively in one of our bathrooms, onto the landing and into our new carpet. Although we chose to use a very fine contractor who has a subcontractor to cover carpet, we chose to have Felikian's handle the removal and replacement of the affected carpet. Again, they were prompt, efficient and professional in their response.

The average cost of installing tile is around $2,000, ranging between $400 and $6,500, depending on the type of tile, square footage of tile, and whether or not your tiling contractor performs site preparation, like removing old tile. On average, you can expect to pay between $5 and $45 per square foot, largely depending on the type and quality of the tiles you choose. For example, ceramic and travertine tile cost about $1 per square foot, but luxury tile options like marble cost up to $350 per square foot, not including labor.
The cost of home remodeling is $50,000 for the average homeowner. However, this cost can range anywhere from $3,000 for a small project to $170,000 for a whole home remodel. Factors like project size, location, and room type all affect your overall cost. For example, bedroom remodeling costs are one of the least expensive projects, costing about $1,500 to $5,500 per bedroom. However, a kitchen remodel has a significant cost range, totaling anywhere from $14,500 to over $70,000.
Yes, most states require home remodeling contractors to be licensed, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed home remodeling contractor could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations.

Tile will almost always last longer than laminate flooring, regardless of the type of tile installed. Porcelain tile can last for 75 years or more with proper care, and even less durable ceramic tile will last for 60 years or more, provided they’re installed by a tile professional. On the other hand, laminate flooring has an average lifespan of around 20 years, and you might only get 10 to 15 years out of low-cost laminate flooring. As such, tile will add far more value to your home than laminate.
The cost to install countertops is $3,105 on average. This project cost can range from $400 to $8,500, depending on the material, edging, and countertop size.
Laminate countertops are generally the most cost-efficient, ranging from $8 to $27 per square foot. On the other hand, slate countertops are considered more luxurious and range from $30 to $90 per square foot. There are also countertop materials priced between those two, including stainless steel, granite, Corian, and wood.
