"I hired Home Renew 360 for attic insulation installation, wood trim repairs and replacements due to termite infestation. Aiden was the project manager for this project. Aiden was polite, friendly and made my family and I feel like he was looking out for our best interest, which was appreciated. Originally we were looking to only have the attic insulation installation done since it was not up to code and Home Renew 360 came up with the lowest bid. However, termite damage was found in the attic and along the wood trim. So I ended up having them treat the attic for termites and repairing and/or replacing the wood trim that were damaged by termites. Once that was completed, they painted the wood trim and completed the attic insulation. There were different teams working on each part of the project and Aiden always communicated the status of the project, which was appreciated as well. The workers were always on time each day and they completed the work to my satisfaction. The only reason why I gave Home Renew 360 four stars instead of five was because after the project was completed, we discovered that both my brother's car and my father's car had a nail in their tires. We were not sure if it was due to the team who performed the wood trim repairs or from team who did the attic insulation installation. Hopefully next time those guys would inspect the areas they worked around to make sure not to leave anything behind that would cause damage to the client's property."

"He was very helpful since this is an old house. The first problem was when the job was finished, the sink came apart from the counter because it was not supported properly to begin with. They responded to that quickly and fixed it but it should have not happened in the first place! While the backsplash was being installed, the head installer, Paco was having a screaming tantrum on phone in front of my partner. I feel like he was not focusing on his work. When the owner jimmy was contacted the 2nd time regarding our concern, It took him a while to get back to us."

They first excavated, installed a compacted gravel base, and added rebar before framing everything out. Drainage slope was included so water doesn't pool, and they ensured utilities could run through conduit before the pour. The slab was finished with a smooth surface since it will later be tiled. Permits were pulled in advance, and city inspectors signed off at every stage. The process took a few weeks, and the space is now ready for the kitchen installation. "They demolished my very small outdated and ugly kitchen in the middle of September 2019 and I'm currently waiting for them to repair the recessed lighting that is falling out of the ceiling. I was told that the entire job would take 4 to 5 weeks, and here I am 4 months later, the cabinet maker was hopeless at measuring and the cabinets had to be remade and adjustments and changes made multiple times. I was left with a kitchen close to what I requested, but hate that the changes I had no choice but to accept that were not in the original design. The workmen, installers, electricians and plumbers were awesome, the company itself seemed more interested in other jobs they were doing rather than mine. In the end I'm left with a lot of loose ends they refused to deal with, and currently looking for someone to do what they didnt such as sealing the floor and filling in gaps. Be sure to cross the T's and dot the I's on any contract you sign with this company and make sure to include a completion date. This wasnt what I was expecting when I was spending $50k plus on a dream kitchen."
