"The crew was a bit late to get started, but did a good job once they arrived. They carried my stuff up to the 3rd floor since the elevator was very small.
Had some trouble putting the bed back together but overall a fine job. Some damage to my items, but don't know where along the line that happened. It could have happened in transit.

"Our pool is amazing and a big thank you to the Angels Pool team! I am in real estate and have been involved in every aspect of the remodeling and construction process and Angel’s Pools EXCEEDED my expectations from the beginning of the process to the end and is one of the best contractos I have ever worked with. It’s important to know in any project you undertake that there will be key decisions to make, problems encountered and challenges to overcome and you want to have the right partner. Angels Pools is the right partner for pool construction and remodeling without a doubt and I interviewed about 10 other contractors in Orange County who didn’t make the grade. Angels Pools refinished my pool, patched up some cracks, put in new tile, added colored deck jets and a waterfall, added all new pumps and wifi based equipment, helped with some drain issues, repoured a portion of my surrounding patio and put in a new driveway for me. I interacted closely with every member of their team and was very impressed with their commitment to quality and customer service. You will first meet with Edward to go over your new construction or remodel plans and he will provide you with a quote. He has worked in pool construction himself and will let you know all potential issues you may encounter so there are no surprises. He provided me a quote very quickly and had the details right whereas several of my quotes took two weeks or more if I even received anything from them and were usually sloppy and missed half of what we discussed. Not the case with Angels Pools – Edward was spot on. If you move forward with the project then you will interact with Julie for scheduling and payments. She is a super friendly person and also very responsive. Then when construction begins you will meet the foreman and owner of the business Angel. Smart and friendly and also responsive and flexible. You know immediately he cares about the work and the project. Lastly you will meet the talent, their team of high quality workers who are all trustworthy, skilled and friendly. They keep things as clean as possible and show a true commitment to quality. They also referred me to a pool maintenance vendor who after 4 other horrible poolmen has also exceeded my expectations. Angels Pools is an amazing pool contractor and partner and I highly recommend them!"

"John was available to start the work on a Friday afternoon. He installed the new outlet competently and completely. However, John made three trips to Home Depot to pick up supplies. The store is only 2 miles from my house and the first trip took over an hour. He needed to come back the following morning to complete the work because he needed two longer screws. Finally, he had quoted $200-250; but charged me $300 because the "supplies cost nearly $100.""

"The concrete and gate install went relatively quickly. The patio cover required permits which took some time. Once received, the patio went up quick and the planter brick repair was also quick. Overall a good partnership that I will hire again."

"We purchased a design coupon on angieslist, and we sat down with Deny to design an addition that we were planning. We also contacted Prefer Home Builders and had them give a design and estimate. We had a specific budget range and we were looking for the open concept design, and ESI was able to deliver a design at a price that we could afford. Preferred Home Builders had a higher estimate(close to $30,000 more for the same work). So we decided to go with ESI.
ESI worked fast with us, within a week they turned the blue print design and submitted to the city of Arcadia, and within another week it was approved by the city and we started construction. A Payment schedule upon the various phases of passing inspection was setup so we were in control of the funds. Starting from Demolition, to Concrete Foundation, Plumbing, Framing, Roofing, Electrical, Insullation to Drywall, ESI past inspection each phase the first time the inspector came out. As a result the project was ahead of schedule. There were small adjustment needed as the construction developed and ESI always provided more than one solution that would cost less to resolve the issue, and there were no hidden fees.
I was at the Job site almost every other day and the workers were very professional, and did very good quality work. The rough finish foreman Roberto was very friendly and knowledgeable and always took time to explain and answer detailed questions about the construction. There was no short cuts in the material and work done, and this is evident in them passing inspection the first time at each phase.
Seeing the quality of the work, we decided to have them finish the master bathroom as well as install new hardwood flooring throughout the house, and we are very happy with the results.
Overall we are very happy working with Deny and ESI Construction, and we will definitely use them in the future, and we recommend you to contact them and see what they can do for you.

"The estimator arrived on time and we quickly discussed work to be done and agreed on the cost.  No high pressure sales pitch.
The crew arrived within the stated "window".  The three man crew set to work in a completely safe and professional manner.
As the project was nearing completeion, I received a messge that I was needed elsewhere.  I told the crew leader that I had to leave.
I gave him a check for payment, and asked that he make sure the area was cleaned up before they left.  Especially the neighbor's yard.
I returned a short time later to fine the crew gone, the tree looking absolutely beautiful and both lawns cleaned up to perfection.
When the tree needs pruning again, I know who to call.

Sauna Installation questions, answered by experts

The primary difference between a steam shower and a sauna is the type of heat they produce. A sauna generates dry heat using electricity, while a steam shower creates wet heat from steam, resulting in nearly 100% humidity. A steam shower typically replaces an existing shower, has an opening at the top, and operates at a lower temperature (around 90-120°F) than a sauna, though the high humidity can make it feel just as warm. It is advisable to limit steam sessions to 20 minutes. In contrast, a sauna is a fully enclosed space that can be placed anywhere in a house and produces dry heat.

Most people will opt to put their home sauna outside near a pool or on a screened-in porch so the heat doesn’t move into the rest of the house. If your house has enough room, you may choose to put it in a bathroom so you can shower right after.

No, you should only choose high-quality wood to build your sauna. Not all types of woods can withstand the pressure from heat or moisture. Only use softwoods, such as cedar and aspen, that are known for absorbing heat and resisting water.

Both saunas and steam rooms offer some health benefits as well as a good return on investment. While there’s more research on saunas than steam rooms and fewer reported risks with steam rooms, the latter tend to be better for reducing stress. Which one is better depends on the benefits you’re looking for, your budget, and if you have space to build a sauna.

Considering the cost of tools, parts, and hiring assisted labor, building your own sauna can cost almost as much as purchasing one. It is less expensive to buy sauna kits, since they are premade and easier to set up. Still, you may need to hire a professional to assist in electric or plumbing installation.
