Max was great with the technical side of the job and Eileen was amazing with the color process and creating a perfect blend of colors to get just the right color. I would and have recommended them! "I have a 2000 sq ft warehouse that had lots of stains from oil and paint. At first I wanted epoxy flooring but that was over my budget. Armando suggested grinding to remove "most" of the oil stains and all of the paint. He said the amount of oil stains that he could remove would depend on how deep it had penetrated into the concrete which I understood. We decided on a 2 step grinding process and to use polyurethane to seal it. Armando was very attentive and responsive to my texts, even after hours. He was very flexible on my work schedule since I had to "empty" out my warehouse. By the time they finished grinding, the oil stains were about 99%-100% not visible so I was real happy camper. His team wasn't able to finish the job in the expected 2 days, but instead of him saying we'll be back on Monday to finish the job, he and his team came Sunday morning to finish the seal coat so that I could return on Tuesday! The floor turned out great, nice and shiny! Highly recommend these guys."
