"OMG!!! Best. Experience. Ever. Noe and his team are amazing and very BEST in business. Noe is a true Pool Master with an incredible experience. The Man knows EVERYTHING there is to know about pools/spa/decks/pluming/whatever...He helped me so much with design and layout. My pool and spa were built 70 years ago, and both had issues on top of being plainly cracked, leaky, old, and ugly. The spa was covered for the last 5 years and was literally brown inside with holes and broken jets. They went above and beyond any call of duty to bring my pool and spa up to speed for 2021! I took a chance on fiberglass and I'm soooo happy that I did! Everything looks brand spanking new, clean, and gorgeous!!! Fiberglass feels amazing! I'm a perfectionist and a professional designer, in other words – OCD-picky-control freak with high expectations :))) and I'm blown away, all expectations exceeded! If you want your pool to be just right contact these guys, their prices are super reasonable, and they take such an old fashion pride in their work! I wish I had a second pool, I loved them and their work so much! SUPER highly recommend!"

"The crew was a bit late to get started, but did a good job once they arrived. They carried my stuff up to the 3rd floor since the elevator was very small.
Had some trouble putting the bed back together but overall a fine job. Some damage to my items, but don't know where along the line that happened. It could have happened in transit.

"John was available to start the work on a Friday afternoon. He installed the new outlet competently and completely. However, John made three trips to Home Depot to pick up supplies. The store is only 2 miles from my house and the first trip took over an hour. He needed to come back the following morning to complete the work because he needed two longer screws. Finally, he had quoted $200-250; but charged me $300 because the "supplies cost nearly $100.""

"The concrete and gate install went relatively quickly. The patio cover required permits which took some time. Once received, the patio went up quick and the planter brick repair was also quick. Overall a good partnership that I will hire again."

"I need this job done on a rush basis. I was aiming for 1 week and they claimed that they can deliver. However, it took them an extra four days.
some problems with this job.
1. Subfloor joist and anchor ( 6 x 2x6 and 4 concrete anchors); Some miscommunication happened here where the plywood floorboard was installed before concrete anchors supports were installed.
2. Whatever you want to call it, I was at the job site every day, and the workers are late. Foreman could not be be found until the last phases. Everyone was confused about the job.
I payed my schedule on time and promptly,

"We called on 6/23/2010 and explained what type of work we had in mind. The following day, Don came out to bid job. The office kept in touch with us from there arranging a date and time for work to be done. On 7/7 workers arrived 10 minutes early and began work immediately. We couldn't believe they were finished in 2 hours. They then hauled all brush away and returned to clean up any debris. (They are now installing a block wall fence, also)"

"I contacted Real Construction to completely remodel my Bathroom. The bathroom before the remodel was built in 1989 with old and ugly tile. The toilet was leaking and the smell of sewage was quite bat at times. Sion, the contractor and owner, definitely  has  a modern style and had great recommendations for what a great modern bathroom would look like. The estimate was very accurate to what the final cost was. He only used high-quality material which were still cost-effective and within my budget. The tile work, drywall work, appliances, ceiling, spacious walk in shower, painting, faucets  were done and installed by Real Construction and their amazing team. My experience with Real Construction have been nothing but AMAZING. I would recommend Real Construction to anyone that needs remodeling done anywhere on their property. Thank You, Real Construction for Great Work!!!"

Sauna Installation questions, answered by experts

A home sauna may be considered a luxury item by some homebuyers, which can provide a good return on investment. However, whether it increases your home's value ultimately depends on the buyer, as some may not want to take on the extra costs and maintenance associated with heating and upkeep.

The primary difference between a steam shower and a sauna is the type of heat they produce. A sauna generates dry heat using electricity, while a steam shower creates wet heat from steam, resulting in nearly 100% humidity. A steam shower typically replaces an existing shower, has an opening at the top, and operates at a lower temperature (around 90-120°F) than a sauna, though the high humidity can make it feel just as warm. It is advisable to limit steam sessions to 20 minutes. In contrast, a sauna is a fully enclosed space that can be placed anywhere in a house and produces dry heat.

It will take several hours or more to build a sauna. A prefab kit will take anywhere from three to 20 hours to install, depending on complexity and your skill level. If you’re doing a custom build, it can take more than 50 hours—especially if you need to add ventilation, ductwork, and other renovations.

No, you should only choose high-quality wood to build your sauna. Not all types of woods can withstand the pressure from heat or moisture. Only use softwoods, such as cedar and aspen, that are known for absorbing heat and resisting water.

Both saunas and steam rooms offer some health benefits as well as a good return on investment. While there’s more research on saunas than steam rooms and fewer reported risks with steam rooms, the latter tend to be better for reducing stress. Which one is better depends on the benefits you’re looking for, your budget, and if you have space to build a sauna.
