"I am so very pleased with the work that Thomas Parks and his crew accomplished on my home/decks/roofs and gazebo. It took three weeks but he was very thorough. The first day was powerwashing the house. One day to dry and then each day thereafter there was a crew of five. The preparation work was extremely tedious. They used hand powersanders to cover almost every inch to even out cracks and layers of old paint. It was no easy job. In some spots it is three levels.....up and down ladders; and it just happened to be very hot weather. After completing Thomas asked me to write a list of things that might need touch up. Again, I was impressed. As we walked around the house/decks/gazebo together he spotted some small things that I did not see. That is to say, he is very honest and trustworthy. Steve Pope was quick to respond to my estimate request. Upon meeting him, I found him to be knowledgeable and friendly. Started remodel on agreed upon date and always kept in communication throughout project. In-Line employees were great, especially Jesus and Humberto. Sub-contractors who did flooring, tile and electrical were great and very professional. Steve only  recommends quality sub-contractors to do the work he doesn't perform himself and it's obvious he has a great working relationship with them based on their respect and loyalty to Steve. All the work performed not only met my expectations but at times exceeded them. It is obvious Steve and his crew take pride in their workmanship as evidence by the fantastic job they did with cabinets, baseboards, flooring, tile, counters and backsplash work.

I would hire Steve and his crew again without a doubt and certainly recommend him to anyone looking to do a remodel. There may be contractors that will be willing do work for less but you will be hard pressed to find a contractor that will provide the quality of work Steve and his team does. I believe without a doubt that my money was well spent and have absolutely no regrets. Steve is committed to his customers and will not "nickel and dime" you and will provide you cost saving suggestions. In fact Steve replaced all the door handles, cabinet hardware, door locks and all my recess lighting with LED lights at no extra cost for labor.
