Blue Neptune Pool Service

Service was standard for the first three months then the pool guy was never to be seen again...  I don't know if he dropped off the face of the earth or what... I left several messages, and never got any response.  Total lack of professionalism in my mind, I'd never refer this vendor to any pool owner.  He wont even return my call so that I can get my gate key back,  I'm hoping he will read this and remember he should give us our key back on top of the month of April's payment that I paid him which he never showed up for servicing.

The owner is very helpful and he goes above and beyond to help.

Jimmy was great.  He diagnosed the problem and was able to get the heater to fire up and stay on.

They were really good. It was my first time using them and they were pretty nice.

He is a great guy. He is really good and has got a small little company. It is not just him. The owner is Jimmy Khuc. He is licensed and insured. I have had him for about a year now and he does a real good job. A part in my pool heater was not working and he looked around and he brought a part that looks new but which is used. So I got it for less than half the cost which I would have to pay for a new one. He is willing to go the extra mile to save me money. I had my pool done about four years ago and my tiles started coming off but he put the tiles back for me which was really cheap and it is working great. It is the same guy that comes out every time which is a big plus. I never would recommend a pool guy but this guy is right on and it’s hard to find somebody like him. If I have a question I will call him and he would be right out here within a couple of hours. He is very professional. He sends out a contract of all the things that he is going to do and signs it. I am pretty impressed with him.
