"Timeless Pools review Tom and Cindy did an amazing job with our backyard. We had an existing pool, so this was more complex than a new build. They were very willing to listen to our ideas but also made suggestions when their experience pointed them in a slightly different direction than we had initially envisioned. The planning phases were extremely fast, and they handled all the permitting with the city directly. We had their cell phone numbers and they kept us in the loop constantly during the entire process. During the initial faces, we selected coping and tile, and Tom was present to give us some guidance on cost and additional options. Once we started construction, everything was very transparent. They were willing to work around any scheduling issues we had and we got to know the workers that were at our site. Having consistent teams made my wife more comfortable as we had a number of days when she was alone with our two young kids, and seeing the same people Was reassuring We built during early 2023, and the massive rains made for a number of days where workers came and re-excavated from runoff or placed and removed tarps to prevent excessive erosion. This was all done with an eye on the weather and they were prepared for everything Mother Nature threw our way that winter. As we moved into finishing, they kept us informed of every step and the timing to expect. Once we filled the oool, they focused on the pool deck and made sure that every seam and joint was up to the standards. After a couple months of use, they re-connected with us and checked on any details we may have missed during the construction and finishing processes. I give their entire team an enthusiastic 5-stars. They probably won’t be the cheapest bid, but there were clear expectations and there were zero “extras” once we had all the materials selected. At no point did we feel like they were sneaky or trying to charge us for something unexpected. Our pool is beautiful, everything works exactly as expected and we have had endless compliments from everyone that has come to enjoy it. "Jarrod was great. He always gave me updates week by week and always returned calls and answered any questions I asked. "David and his pool company were good when we were getting maintenance on our pool weekly. When we switched to bi-weekly is when everything changed. We have a salt pool and we noticed that when his technician was coming, he was only there for a short while and it seemed like the pool was not getting cleaned thoroughly. We noticed slime on the sides of the pool and dead leaves and bugs. We brought this to his attention with pictures and videos. First, he tried saying that he was not aware that we had switched to bi-weekly. Then we showed him text messages where we had confirmed. Then he tried saying it was because the water level was below the skimmer box. So we made sure it was always remaining full. He also said that we had not wanted to have our filter cleaned and changed, to which we again showed him text messages where we approved the cleaning and changing of our filter. He kept insisting that we should go back to weekly cleaning. Finally, he said that the technician who serviced our pool had informed him via a picture that our skimmer was cracked. We were astonished that he did not immediately inform us and asked if he could please forward the picture that was sent to him so we could get our home warranty company to open a claim. He refused and kept dodging sending it or even answering direct questions as to whether he would send it. We have a remaining balance with the company but it is so difficult to consider paying it and we have had to purchase over $300 of supplies to try and clean it ourselves. The most troubling thing is we had another pool company come out to give us an estimate of what it would cost and they informed us that someone had turned the pump system off. We never go back to the pool supply area and are absolutely baffled as to what happened the last two months we were being serviced by this company. Like I said, before we switched to bi-weekly services, things were fine. It was not until we changed that things started getting bad and it seemed the whole thing was to try and get us back to weekly services. We now have a very dirty pool and who knows how much it is going to cost to repair it."
