Pegasus has completed a series of excellent remodeling projects in our family home over the past 11 years. Pegasus is a friendly, family-run business that prides itself on client service and quality control. We highly recommend Pegasus to anyone interested in a remodeling project. In our home, Pegasus has remodeled our kitchen and three bathrooms at various times. They have installed flooring and decorative tile chosen with our tastes in mind. Most recently, they installed a new air conditioner and did a beautiful job with our backyard patio cover. We will be calling them again in the near future for our next home improvement projects.

TL:DR - Pegasus is a top tier contractor and I will absolutely go to them for any and all work in the future. Reasonably priced with above and beyond service/care and correct/proper/by the book workmanship across the board. It's not the cheapest, but if you want it done right, it's a top notch deal to work with Pegasus. This review is a bit overdue as work finished over the summer a few months ago, but I cannot recommend Mike and the Pegasus team enough. After meeting with several contractors for my load bearing wall removal project, I felt the most secure and comfortable with Mike and chose Pegasus for the work. They were middle/upper middle of the pricing but I knew I was in good hands. I had a comparatively small project to what they normally do, but Mike didn't hesitate to help me take on this project after discussing my needs and wants, and for that I'm truly grateful. Speaking with him, you can just tell he's a stand up guy. Mike was professional and always attentive and detailed in explanations, which I appreciated. Communication from the whole team was excellent throughout the project and they were accommodating with my schedule needs. Knowing our pet situation and also that my wife had a night shift schedule, Mike always remembered and always made sure all of his workers and subs were aware to minimize disruption. Of course, major housing projects of any size are difficult to deal with and ours was an ordeal with some surprises, but it was definitely unavoidable and impossible to have figured out prior to work starting. Pegasus made it as painless as possible and gave us time to figure out the best path forward and guidance on any issues or concerns we had. Ultimately, I have zero regrets with starting the project, choosing Pegasus, or with the final results. Everything came together and our project came to completion before the projected date. Definitely give Mike and his team a call if you're looking to do any sort of work.

We purchased a 1985 built home and had Pegasus do a complete remodel of the entire interior. Mike and Natalie were wonderful to work with. We appreciated their great communication style and the fact that everything about project was well-document from beginning to end. We did have a couple of issues that took quite some time to resolve due to a variety of reasons; primarily my husband's health & COVID; however Mike stood behind the work and ultimately resolved the issues to our satisfaction. Could not have been more pleased with Mike/Pegasus.

After an unfortunate water leak in one of our bathrooms, we decided it was time to remodel it into the space we actually wanted. A family member recommended Pegasus, and we could not be happier with the decision to work with them! They did fantastic work and the new bathroom looks great. The other thing that we really liked from Pegasus is that each week they sent out a detailed schedule of upcoming work for the next week, which was extremely useful for us in planning around the construction. Everyone who worked on the remodel was professional and friendly, inspections were quick and easy, they listened to us and were responsive when we needed to make changes, and the final result was extremely impressive. We would definitely use Pegasus again!

The Pegasus team is in a class of their own and they stood out from the pack on day one. We met with several contractors to bid on our project. Mike and Natalie were honest and direct in their communication and provided a thorough scope of work. At every stage, Mike and Natalie were on site to ensure the teams had a clear understanding of the tasks at hand. The truly managed all aspects of the project as project managers, anticipating problems, acting as the escalation path, managing expectations, keeping to the budget and the timeline. The team is professional, honest, and always friendly. Itâ s been a pleasure to work with Pegasus.

We needed to completely renovate 3 bathrooms (including the master bath), the kitchen, remove an inner partial wall, an exterior back wall, install new floors, and repaint. Our home hadnâ t been redone since it was built almost 40 years ago. I interviewed ten contractors, and Pegasus came in the best. They presented us with a very detailed item list that pretty much spelled out everything we would need to do. Of course, there are always things that you cannot anticipate, and they were very fair in helping us get through those surprises. They had to get a structural engineer in to check out the back of the house as the wall had shifted, and we can rest easy, as it is now safe. We also needed to remove a partial indoor wall, and they made sure to keep that space structurally sound. The work was supposed to begin in March 2020, and we had to postpone it for 6 months. Pegasus was great in honoring the contract we had already signed. Fortunately, weâ d already picked out all the fixtures we needed, and they were being stored offsite. We knew every week what to expect as far as who was going to be working, and what was going to get done. Their electricians, plumbers, mason, every sub who came in was really skilled and very adept. Mike anticipated the length of the project, and was very close to the actual amount of time it took. We had to completely gut the master bathroom, and both he and Natalie came up with great ideas of what to do in there. They were able to bring an existing gas line into our kitchen, so I could get a gas range (we had electric before). Natalie has a great eye for design, and she was so patient helping us pick out the tile, the paint, and the floors. She is also great fun to work with. Both she and Mike are very well versed in all things construction, and they know their stuff. There are always going to be a few snags. Our final cost, though it was higher than the original bid, was attributed to a few change orders from the unanticipated (hidden behind walls) items we encountered. You always hear about shady contractors who tell you that the project will cost half as much and take half the time than it ends up being. They also donâ t show up when they say they will. With Pegasus, we never had that issue. They are easy to work with, have great people they work with, and are a pleasure to know. They even remembered our birthdays and anniversary! And, when we had some issues with a cabinet and some lighting, even a year later, they were happy to repair it. We cannot recommend them enough. You get what you pay for, and if you want a great job at a fair price, Pegasus is your team.

I have a great experience working with Natalie and Mike. They have great sense for the details for all the aspects of the job. We're almost finished and I recommended them to two friends. Natalie is great with the design work and Mike comes by daily and reviews the process.
