Excellent. Supplies and stone teams hard to get and Kathy used her business resources to get the job done. She communicates well and solves issues as they come up. Excellent with color and lighting. Listened to my ideas and incorporated them in the design. Patient. Worked with me to stay in budget.

We have used Kathy at Chaney-Horton many times over the last 20 years. When we built our home in Coto de Caza, Kathy worked with us, the architect and the builder to design and furnish our dream home. We could not have done this without them. We also used Kathy and her company when we did a few refreshes and when we downsized to our current home. She is so easy to work with, does not stop making suggestions and modifications until we are completely satisfied with our choices, and is very transparent on cost and scheduling. She also has a large network of quality material suppliers, furniture, lighting, flooring etc. sources and the contractors to install - many that we used and that we were very happy with the finished products. We give them our highest recommendation!
