"We decided on stamped concrete because we wanted the appearance of natural stone without the maintenance that comes with individual pieces. The project also included a patio cover, ceiling lighting, and a built-in BBQ so the entire backyard could be used throughout the year. Before construction started, everything was planned together so the patio, cover, and outdoor kitchen fit within one design instead of being added one after another.
