"I am very pleased with the back-yard patio Conrad and his crew installed. Cost was very competitive. Timeline for project was very close to original estimate. Conrad was very helpful in helping us make final design decisions, especially on picking the paver block style and color. He also promptly addressed all of me concerns, even though they were mostly minor. His crew also worked with me to get the final outline of the patio, with many curves. Del Mar Landscaping is definitely on the top of my list for any future landscaping work."

"I had called 8 other companies and they wanted to do unnecessary work at extremely high prices. We were referred b another company on Angie’s List, who explained we really needed a waterproof coating. I then Spoke to the owner of Fiber Coat Deck Company, and he immediately knew what we needed to stop the leak and prevent it from recurring with a special fiberglass coating used by his company. He even gave a warranty when other companies weren’t even sure that their high priced work wood fix the problem. They were amazing and even sealed around areas the HOW had moved that contributed to the leakage. They put on very professional drain covers and corrected the tilt so the water would actually drain like they should. There has been no leak since. They only took 2 days and the work is excellent quality and looks amazing. The cost was between 1/2 and 1/4th of what other companies put in their bids and they could not guarantee their work. They were honest, professional, competent, on time and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the services of Fiber-Coat Deck Company."

"Our backyard has multiple, disconnected garden zones, so we chose to use a flagstone patio and walkway system to connect the zones, seating areas, and planting beds. They designed the layout to maintain smooth transitions and even elevation for proper drainage. The patio covers roughly 1,150 square feet, including connecting pathways. Mortar joints were kept to a minimum to preserve a natural look. We appreciate this multi-zone patio as it has improved our movement around and visually ties different garden areas together."

"Our backyard was in need of a redo: We struggled to grow grass, and we wanted a space that would accommodate a trampoline and a small garden, as well as a dining table and sitting area, but still feel green and lush. After meeting with a few landscapers who suggested we get rid of the trampoline, rip up our existing brick patio and put pavers everywhere, we met Alisa from Motti's team. As a landscape designer, she really listened to what we wanted, and had great ideas for how to incorporate it all, as well as suggestions for garden planters and furniture. A week after our meeting, we got detailed plans that showed us just what the yard would look like, as well as what plants would look and work best. We then worked with Motti to tweak the plans, finalize the budget, and pick out materials, etc., and we were able to schedule the project within a few weeks time. Once the job started, Motti's team of workers were professional and efficient, and Motti stopped by daily to check the progress. The workmen were consistently courteous and kept a clean worksite. Now we are looking at our very beautiful new backyard, with spaces for entertaining, gardening, and everything else we wanted.
