"I am very pleased with the back-yard patio Conrad and his crew installed. Cost was very competitive. Timeline for project was very close to original estimate. Conrad was very helpful in helping us make final design decisions, especially on picking the paver block style and color. He also promptly addressed all of me concerns, even though they were mostly minor. His crew also worked with me to get the final outline of the patio, with many curves. "I had called 8 other companies and they wanted to do unnecessary work at extremely high prices. We were referred b another company on Angie’s List, who explained we really needed a waterproof coating. I then Spoke to the owner of Fiber Coat Deck Company, and he immediately knew what we needed to stop the leak and prevent it from recurring with a special fiberglass coating used by his company. He even gave a warranty when other companies weren’t even sure that their high priced work wood fix the problem. They were amazing and even sealed around areas the HOW had moved that contributed to the leakage. They put on very professional drain covers and corrected the tilt so the water would actually drain like they should. There has been no leak since. They only took 2 days and the work is excellent quality and looks amazing. The cost was between 1/2 and 1/4th of what other companies put in their bids and they could not guarantee their work. They were honest, professional, competent, on time and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the services of Fiber-Coat Deck Company."

"Our backyard has multiple, disconnected garden zones, so we chose to use a flagstone patio and walkway system to connect the zones, seating areas, and planting beds. They designed the layout to maintain smooth transitions and even elevation for proper drainage. The patio covers roughly 1,150 square feet, including connecting pathways. Mortar joints were kept to a minimum to preserve a natural look. We appreciate this multi-zone patio as it has improved our movement around and visually ties different garden areas together."

"I've been working on an outdoor entertaining space in our backyard for literally years.  Designing, drawing, getting quotes, redesigning, budgeting, etc.  I could never quite get it right because of some unfortunate property limitations.  Then last December I found a photo on Pinterest of a bbq and entertainment area shaded by a custom-shaped canvas patio roof structure that curved around trees and then angled perfectly into a weirdly shaped space.  It completely opened my mind to entirely different possibilities for this project on which I was paralyzed.  The photo linked back to Superior Awning, so I called them and they sent out a man right away who knew everything about the exact project in the photo.  He offered a few different ideas for our difficult space, all of which were revelations!  My partner and I worked with his drawings, chose one and kick-started the project back into gear.  It's nearly finished now and shaded with our own perfectly made-to-order canvas patio cover in an exquisitely textured fabric that glows like candlelight underneath.  Superior Awning did a beautiful job with the installation and we're incredibly grateful for the design ideas.  Highly recommended.

Our house needed this change, Badly. And we are so happy we found them. Dror helped us transform the front and the back of our house to something we always dreamed about! She was so easy to work with, so knowledgeable and had amazing ideas for how to make the project really sing.

"Did a great job. Original fabric awning came from another company, so I thought the holes that were drilled for the frame would not match up. Turns out they figured a way to hang the awning using the existing holes in the stucco. Anyway, its been several months and several rain storms and they look great. They were not the cheapest, but after talking to other providers that either were either slow to respond or were not sure about covering up existing awning holes, I went with Accent. I was a little surprised about the 50% requirement up front before work begins (apparently California State Law for only 10% down is for larger jobs). Anyway knowing that Accent has been in business for a long time gave me confidence that they would probably do the best job on a timely basis."
