Flat Rate Remodeling has completed four separate and distinct projects for us. The most recent project was the complete renovation of two bathrooms. The results were amazing. They are well organized. Avi put together and executed the plan. Flat Rate scheduled for and were present for the city inspectors. We gave them the key and left town while they completed the work. Their contractors were honest, reliable, and skilled in their craft. We are delighted with the results and will hire them again.

These guys are great! Very trustworthy and professional, I would definitely use them again in the future.

Tal and her team did a great job coordinating the many moving parts of a partial bathroom remodel (bathroom was 30 years old) that presented some challenges. I am very happy with the end product. Communication and responsiveness is very important. Tal and her team always let me know what was going to happen and when, and this was extremely helpful for the success of the project.

We hired Ido and crew at Flat Rate Remodeling during an extremely stressful time in our lives. Dad just had a stroke and could no longer go upstairs. I found the company using Home Advisor and was skeptical at first. However, through the design and material selection process, Ido soon won my trust. He was very patient and a great problem solver and communicator. When things seemed just too much to handle, he was quick to say, “don’t worry, it will all come together.” And boy, did it! The crew was also fantastic: Sawu, Miguel Sr. and Jr. and Alex also deserve special mention as they were professional, hard working, and focused on quality. Dad now has a complete remolded downstairs shower/bathroom and bedroom. As children who are now care-givers, nothing brings more peace than knowing your elderly parents are happy and safe living in their own home. Ido was key in getting us here. He truly loves his job and cares about his clients.

My project started 1/29 w/ an estimate of 4-6 weeks to complete. Today 6/22 it is complete. I want to give the office staff a great review for their personalities. I give kudos to Avi for being so personable and staying in touch. The disconnect from the field to the office was a concern. Sometimes people would show up and not know what they were working on. My biggest complaint was asking for the same shower over and over and only getting what I asked for on the 3rd try and with a picture. There was a huge communication gap. Thank goodness it is a flat rate (inflated at that) because of the do overs after 2 failed inspections. I was not happy with handwritten pictures to show what I was getting. I really expected a professional design and organization. I want to use them for another project because I was satisfied in the beginning. Because this Is my 2nd bathroom remodel, I had a model to compare. They were just not as professional. Personality is only 1 facet to look at in the future and any promises by the salesman to do other work should be put in writing or it won't get done. You have to make up your own mind on the type of service you are used to.

This is an excellent group of people. Their ideas for my kitchen remodel were perfect. And they kept to the schedule we anticipated, with quality workmanship. Only complaint, sometimes communication between their office, their workers and me was a bit confused - didn't always know when various people were coming. But no real problems, and their rates are in line. I would definitely recommend!

Flat Rate Remodeling is a wonderful company, we would highly recommend them. They have a great eye for design as well, and can help you pick out the right products and colors for the project. We did a partial remodel on our master bathroom that turned out fantastic! We moved a bunch of electrical, painted the whole bathroom, and put in a new wall to wall quartz/wood vanity with a center tower. Everything was done within the time allotted (except for one day delay because of pouring rain which is understandable). The vanity and cabinets are extremely high quality, everything is soft close and they even installed surprise pullout drawers under the sinks. We put extra outlets behind everything too so that we could have our cords hidden. Ido and Maor and his team of workers are great, they take the time to finish everything in great detail. They even noticed some incorrect little things that our last remodelers messed up here and there and fixed those as well (even though they weren't contracted to do so). Prices are very reasonable and competitive in the space. You get high quality materials with them for the prices, and no surprises since everything is flat rate. A+ give them a try, you will be happy!

Over all the quality of Flat Rates work was excellent . We also had work done a while back which included a new bedroom, new bathroom and a laundry room. We are very happy with the finished work. We have had a few issues with some of Flat Rates work but they have been more than willing to come and fix or redo any problems that came up after the work was done. Which is a great sign of a good contractor. Their customer service is wonderful. I would recommend Flat Rate if you need a addition or remolding done.

Avi, his office staff, and his crews are exceptional--prompt, expert, friendly, clean and quick. All were happy to answer questions, and when I requested changes, they complied nicely every time.

Jacob is very personable and intuitive. He and the designer, Avi, are passionate about making sure that their clients are absolutely thrilled with their renovations. They consider their clients extensions of their families and treat them with the same care and respect. They handle problems and concerns most professionally and all were resolved to our satisfaction. The collaboration produced a beautiful kitchen dining area and living room with a phenomenal fireplace. We are thrilled!

It was a little more expensive, but I got what i paid for. Excellent service, product and installation. Clean up is a must and they did that. They came as scheduled and the work was done in a timely manner. I replaced four windows and a sliding glass door a little over a year ago. I am so glad we had it done. The products are excellent. They are everything they said they are. We received instructions on how to maintain them before they left. Everyone we dealt with were very customer oriented and a pleasure to speak with. They offered many ways to finance the project that would make it easier for us to get the project done. All in all, I would recommend this company to handle all your project needs.

He gave me a very good design. He was not pushy and gave me options. Workers highly qualified and they cleaned up. I would highly recommend them.

Project ultimately completed good. There were some instances where the workers were not careful, which created some additional clean up and fixing.

We had a complete Bathroom blow out and remodeling done by Flat Rate Remodeling, including new bath, new standalone shower, porcelain flooring, Quartz counters, vanity, and wall tile. Suffice to say we are ecstatic with the entire project, and the result. After interviewing and receiving bids from 6 contractors, (as well as a company who had done a very nice remodel for us previously); we decided on Flat Rate. We are extremely pleased with that decision. We knew immediately upon meeting our Project Manager, Avi Amar, that his vision and ideas were beyond anything else that had been suggested by other companies. The knowledge that Avi had regarding materials, along with the samples that he was able to show us and pictures/prior recommendations, clearly demonstrated that in Avi we were dealing with a true professional. We also clicked with Avi right away as he seemed to be a very caring and genuine individual, vs. many of the other contractors who we met. Unfortunately; I had to make a very difficult call to Avi and tell him that we decided to go a different direction, after we compared all the quotes; he was too high. We agreed to meet with Avi to show him all of our other quotes. He correctly pointed out all of the differences in materials, configurations, and worked with us to scale a quote that was within our price range, and was actually better than the other quotes once we compared apples to apples. The most important thing was that Flat Rate guaranteed that price. (With our previous remodel experience, we were getting new estimates and change orders daily). Flat Rate and Avi were true to their word. In fact the job did end up requiring additional work that was not projected initially; but Avi and Flat Line stayed true to their promise. We did not pay one penny more than the original quote, and we got more than we could have expected. Flat Rate brought in the absolute best Subs I have ever worked with in 15 years of having work done on this house. These workers were skilled masters and artist tradesmen who were all extremely competent, friendly, respectful of our home. The Bathroom that Flat Rate remodeled is now the most beautiful space in our home. Two months later, I still come home after work and just go to that bathroom to gaze at how beautiful it came together. I was extremely distrustful of the contractors who we had gotten bids from, and although i initially liked Avi, I was still apprehensive... until the work began, and we saw the quality of the people and workmanship being provided by Flat Rate. We now consider Avi a friend, and i would recommend Flat Rate enthusiastically! In fact I have recommended Flat Rate to neighbors and friends. These folks are an absolute joy to work with, and Tal keeps everything scheduled and moving from the office. SO -That said; I rarely if ever write reviews. But I understand the apprehension that hiring a Contractor represents, and i hope that this will help others to

The quality of the work was good and the workers were meticulous and made sure everything was solid and well-fitted and properly finished. We were probably not their ideal customer with such a small job, but they did their best to complete everything quickly and neatly.

Watch out for Avy, the project manager. What he says is not what everything that he does. I was lead to believe that all is included on his price, but to my surprise, I have to come out with extra money and at the end left some finishing job incomplete. Always read the fine print on the contract before signing. Also, the completion date is way over the est. date. It took him almost two months to complete a small bathroom remodeling.

They are a great company to work with. They are excellent about staying in contact with you. Their design ideas & suggestions are great. Their work & the contractors they use have been very good.
