"I had used them before and was very pleased so when the sump pump we bought at a local hardware store and installed ourselves did not empty the water from our basement, I called them. They were the only company of the 5 I called who came out the same day and looked at my problem. We have finally had so much rain that it over ran our french drains and started coming into the basement. They came on a Friday and had to order a bigger pump. "They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"
