Trinidad rebuilt American Standard single handle tub/showers/valve. - Cartridge & balancer kit. Replaced the tub spout deverter. Replaced internal shower main shutoff valve. His work ethics are courteous and it was a pleasure to have Trinidad and his apprentice in my home during this repair. When a plumber is needed again - Trinidad will be the first person I call.

Trinidad checked for the leak in the gas line and found none, possibly a loose joint. He reconnected the gas line and installed the new fire grill for the fire pit. Also replaced the gas connection for the BBQ and lit it up. Thanks.

Trinidad came right after I talk to him over the phone within half an hour. I had him and his associate fixed my leaking faucet and done with in the hour. He asked me check everything before I pay him and kindly explain the work. Everything is nice and clean.

The owner came across with a bit of attitude right from the start - started saying "why are we here, etc" first without listening to what needs to be done at first, and I was about to cut the appointment short. He then came to his senses and did a 2 part job ok quality wise (though he caused my water heater leak but then fixed it and cleaned up the water). Next day he artived 2-3 hours late, but finished ok.

Trinidad carefully explained all options. Honored the option we chose. Was Very prompt on phone call and service call. Knows what he’s doing. Excellent service.

this same company I found two years ago, they put in my new water heater and everything has been great with this. And they even gave me some discount, since my husband is out of work for 2 years now. So now my bathroom faceut is fixed and then snaked out my shower and kitchen sink. For the snaking has to be done since I owned an older house in Foster City. Trinad and his staff is always good and helpful will call them again for all my plumbing needs.

He did a great job. We had our old leaky faucet repaired in our tub he was able to find parts for it . He also replaced our leakyfaucet in the garage. Also had a leak in the garage, others quoted us to open up the ceiling to fix. He was honest and said he wasn't sure where the leak was coming from and we should wait and see if the leaky tub faucet he repaired was the cause first and he would come back if it was still a problem. Great and honest service and reasonable prices.
