"Five stars! They went beyond the call. I needed movers, on call, asap! My kids relocated from Midwest to CA, and they didn’t book movers. The U-Haul breaking down, two days in CO. Tom worked with me. Once my child was within a two hour reach, I was able to contact Tom, booked three men. Movers and kids arrived the same time! Those men jumped into gear and completed unloading before three hour, moving on the second floor! Awesome, awesome job! I called and not one company was available . I don’t live in CA, absolutely trustworthy! I trusted Tom and their team came through! This move was a complete nightmare! The movers call and total relief. Thank you"

After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. If you’re planning a move, ask for Rico and Reyes by name. They went above and beyond, and I want their team to know what a fantastic job they did. "Luis was hired to move my piano. What a fiasco. First, it was rescheduled the day before. Next, it wasn't Luis who came to move my piano. It was two guys that he hired on Craigslist. They said he has hired them for other jobs before. They did not have an enclosed truck but had borrowed grandpa's truck. No ramp, no tarp (it was raining). They went to the store to get a tarp. Gone more than an hour. Came back and couldn't figure how to get piano down the steps and then into the back of the truck. My 70 year old sister was out in the rain helping them and instructing them on how to maneuver down the steps and lift it up. THEY HAD NEVER MOVED A PIANO DOWN STEPS BEFORE, although the job description clearly mentioned steps. It was a 3-hour process. Then, it took them another 3 hours to get to the destination. The good news is, the piano made it there. But I would never recommend hiring this person. Not a professional. I did send him a message with my concerns and he did not respond. "

"The actual movers were great, but then when it came time to pay, the bill was twice as much as we were originally quoted. Unfortunately, they took advantage of my older father. I emailed The Company a few times asking for an itemized breakdown of the charges since it was much more than we had anticipated. They just said it was an extra $500 for packing supplies. I asked for a breakdown of those packing supplies because I can?t imagine we used $500 worth. We also weren?t asked if we needed packing supplies and we didn?t approve anything on the day of. Since then they have started ignoring me. I encourage everyone to read yelp reviews as many, many other people have experienced this. Sure it?s a great service as long as you?re willing to pay twice as much as any other company."
