Amazing!!! Just wow! Words cannot fully describe how happy I am with the service I received from beginning to end. I was very hesitant to book, as many understand the stress of moving I was overwhelmed and all over the place. Daniel the representative I booked with was patient and understanding even when I booked and then canceled and then rebooked. I didn't feel pressured or judged at all. Then the day of the move came and Anthony and Bernie showed up on time with a 30 minute call ahead. When they got there, their demeanor and professionalism was outstanding to say the least. They quickly put me at ease and let me know they were there to help and make this as easy as possible. They were quick and efficient while maintaining a great attitude the whole time. Everything was so smooth. I cannot express enough how truly grateful I am honestly. I am so glad I went with this company. I have already passed along they're information to some coworkers who have upcoming moves and I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone else.

I think companies need to find another way to get paid I donâ t like giving my Mastercard to strangers for booking an appointment just not safe in this time we live they put a hole in ceiling while putting my bed in bedroom didnâ t tell me .they were good

They were a very professional company. My only complaint was that they suggested a tip was expected for good service. When the bill was suggested they mentioned 20% for the tip. They also figured in the cost of the gas and the cartons. All in all, it wasn't that much money, but not as eithical as I would have expected.

I was told by the agent that the movers would show up with ALL required moving dollies and furniture moving equipment since I had just drove a Penske truck from out of State. I told the agent I had heavy furniture and over 100+ totes. Two movers from Russia showed up in a very small vehicle with only one metal dolly. The dolly had no furniture protection on it and they damaged several pieces of my furniture. I was too afraid to say anything. One guy was more conscientious than the other. I had to let them use my very own dolly too. I would NOT recommend this company whatsoever.

A pleasure dealing with Daniel. He was very attentive and the arrangements for our project was a went smooth process. "Hello, my name is Daniel, and I'm one of the relocation specialists and the claims manager here at Fixed Price Movers. I think that the customer might have been mistaken in the assessment of 3.5 for quality and 3.5 for customer service. This may have just been an honest mistake as he gave us 5 stars and a 5 in another category. I personally provide the highest level of customer service and Levi was my repeat customer. Levi stated: "Helped with my last 3 moves and did a good job each time." There is a reason he decided to hire us 3 times, and I believe the fact that he hired us 3 times tells you that our quality and customer service is paramount. We have tried to call Levi multiple times to no avail. His phone number is now disconnected, and it is hard to get this review reassessed but I do want to assure everyone moving with Fixed Price Moving that hard-work ethic is involved throughout the entire moving process, beginning to end."
