This is one of those instances; I cannot say enough, good things about the professionalism of the employees at the office and those that showed up on site to install wall insulation. They showed up at the beginning of the two hour window, which was fantastic and explained everything with upfront pricing. We even asked for additional insulation and they were able to accommodate. Our home walls are now insulated and we even noticed a difference right away. From the time of arrival to completion they were nothing but exemplary. "We had no problem or issue with this company. They came and did exactly what they said and promised. The service was fast too. We were able to schedule them for the same week and the work was completed after 2 days of work. According to the technician that worked at our house, it was better to use the opportunity when the attic empty from the old insulation and to replace the ducts as well. For the price that we were able to got, we decided to do that too.

I had water damage in my garage from a leaking toilet and the drywall and insulation had been removed by another vendor.  I needed to replace the drywall to the original specifications.  I called 5 contractors from Angie's List and got proposals from 3 contractors. 

We decided to go with Ciro Mejia for the following reasons:

1.  Ciro called me back 30 minutes after I left him a voice message and I was able to schedule him to see my garage the next day.  The other contractors were not as responsive to me.

2.  When we met with Ciro he was able to immediately access the scope of work and gave us a verbal proposal and he emailed me a written proposal when he said he get it to me.  I liked his responsiveness.

3.  When another contractor suggested using mold resistant drywall, I called Ciro back and he said he would use mold resistant drywall for the same price he initially proposed.

4.  We liked Ciro when we initially met with him, he was on time and we could tell that he knew about drywall.

5.   His proposal was the lowest of the 3 proposals we received.

Overall, we thought that the quality of the work performed by Ciro's crew (Cireo, Elmer, Roberto and Benny) was excellent.  They arrived on time and finished the installation of the drywall and plastering in 1 day.  After the plaster dried for 1 day, the painter came by the following day and put primer and paint on the drywall that matched perfectly the rest of the garage. 

We would definitely recommend Ciro and his crew.  Ciro is the "King of Drywall"!!

"I can't edit previous review so posting new one: I am revising my previous review. After posting my first review, Danny in Customer Service at Home Comfort USA contacted me. Danny very patiently listened to my situation and frustration and told me he would look into it, but wouldn’t “leave me hanging” and would call back. He did call back and fast-tracked a HVAC technician, Jad, to come out, who was great and called in a higher-level technician two days later. Then the higher-level technician came out a couple of days after that and found we did need a leaking core replaced and said Danny would call me. Danny did call me and went above and beyond to get the part replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty. Two days after that, Home Comfort USA came out, replaced the core, tested our HVAC, and mitigated the labor. We are now VERY happy customers with Home Comfort USA and very grateful for Danny’s great customer service and intervention. I am writing this review on a day in the mid-90s with our HVAC system keeping us VERY comfortable. Thank you."

"Zohar at Best builders group and his crew did a wonderful by remodeling our 3 bathrooms. We couldn’t be more pleased and satisfied with the overall experience we had with them and with the office staff that were involved at our project. Zohar is indeed a great person with a special character that made this involvement great and stress free.
