Peter arrived early, installed the part, and tested the water heater. Provided excellent work and customer service. Highly recommend and would use his services again. "Terrible. I mean the advertisement was correct, but then when the sales man came out, he was supposedly with them for seven years or what ever. So Mexican guy, very qualified, very nice guy. He said he would do the same job but kind of alter exactly what they did. You know when you are dealing with drains you know, and I really didn't want the scope, the camera and I said no i just want the drains cleared out. He said yeah he can do it and then the owner called back and said that no he's not gonna honor it. My experience is very bad. I'm very disappointed. They are misleading people."
