"When we decided to update and refresh our condo in the Marina District, we got bids from several contractors. We felt that Luis, from R. M. Design, best understood our vision, his bid was reasonable, and his timeframe for starting the work coincided with our schedule. We very much appreciated that throughout the process Luis listened to our ideas while also giving us his expert advice. We know what we like, but he has a good eye and lots of experience. We know that his input and suggestions greatly improved the outcome of our project. We have always loved our place, but now we love it so much more. Also, Luis and his crew worked very well with our HOA association which has several rules and regulations regarding contractors and improvements. We had no complaints from the HOA nor our neighbors. We’re awaiting permits to build an ADU and a porch on the front house, and will be utilizing them for those builds as well. The Project Manager makes conversations very comfortable. He’s upfront and cares about you as a customer. We made a few changes during the project and he was quick to get those done. We would recommend Olalde, and we look forward to using them again soon."
