New construction ADU 1000 sq ft & JADU 500 sq ft and complete remodel of existing home 1200 sq ft - period 2022/23 BZR handled the complete construction and remodel of my project. They liaised with the architect, and set up and performed all the site preparation, foundation pouring, rough framing, rough plumbing and electrical, insulation, drywall installation, interior finishes, Vinyl flooring and cabinetry, exterior finishes, roofing, siding, painting, and handled and set up all city code inspections as well as final walkthrough inspection. 2024 water intrusion and mold abatement. Broken sprinkler line next to house foundation. Outside foundation was waterproofed, interior room was sealed to contain contamination, drywall was removed, HEPA filters were installed to dry out effected area. The framing interior and concrete slab was treated for mold with remediation approved biocide. All damaged material was replaced, new drywall, baseboard installed and painting completed. The room was them cleaned, all walls, appliances and surfaced cleaned with an anti-fungal treatment. The area was tested before and after remediation to check for moisture, all levels were within the safe dry spectrum after work was completed and a certificate of remediation was issued. Over the years I have worked with the company and owners, it has been a professional experience, they have a comprehensive knowledge of the construction process and technicality. They are problem solvers, take the initiative and work through the projects in an organized manner. They consistently arrive on time and commit to getting the project completed as soon as possible without losing any attention to detail. They understand the city inspection and permitting process and have developed good rapport with the local inspectors for getting the work done first time, according to city and state code standards. My garage floor was severely damaged and on the verge of collapsing due to water damage in the supporting frame. Luis and Eduardo promptly started the job and quickly assessed the problem. They efficiently replaced all the damaged beams and came up with a brilliant solution to prevent future water damage. They were quick, professional, and honest.
