Rupert came up with a plan to replace the beams that were damaged by the tree roots, level the deck as much as possible and replace the missing section. He power washed and cleaned the deck floor & restained it when the deck was done. He kept us updated with the dates and times the work would be done. All the workmen were friendly, worked hard and were very competent. We are very pleased with the job and recommend this company."

My husband had made a big mistake when he tried to assemble the desk and damaged it badly. Eric understood the situation immediately. He was friendly and kind, and even funny, saying he would get my husband out of the hot water. And, man, did he do that and so beautifully!! He had one of his employees, Minh Tran, come the very next day, which was yesterday as I write this, and he was fabulous, as Eric told me he would be. Minh is everything you would ever want in assembling and repairing a damaged new desk. He was not only kind, friendly and smart, he was extremely competent and knowledgeable about what was needed (which was a LOT), but he was also a real perfectionist, earnest about doing the best job he could. "They worked very hard from start to finish and did an excellent job. My yard looks like a different yard. I had a lot of work to do and they did everything I needed in the two hour time period. I have some bushes in the back that no one every cuts straight and even on the top, not only did they cut them straight and even but took quality time to make sure they were done right. My yard still has a way to go but it certainty looks way better. I have had several people come in the past and they have not done as good of a job. They left everything neat and clean and I am very happy with the work.
